Nice reception, fantastic breakfast ! good parking spaces underground, modern area and few restaurants around.

Hotel looks new, but it looks it was equipped with old, used furnitures? ( Is it possible?) My bed ( room 122) was totally broken, poorly designed. Double king size bed was standing just on the 4 thin legs - all of them were loose and crackling ! It was too late to ask reception for the room change, but this experience was horrible. Also duvet was for winter season rather while outside temperature was 24 and above. And the worst: At the entry to the room there was an toilet air freshener scent for a looong time. I had to ventilate my room a lot, before sleep.

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast, extra cost, was perfectly adequate. Secure, underground car park.

Hotel difficult to locate when driving to it as it is in a pedestrianised area The car park is even more difficult to find down a very small road then an alley, and when located it is locked and you need to find a button on the ramp down to car park which you must press twice to alert reception of your presence. All very confusing after a very long and tiring drive. Clearer guidance in hotel info would be helpful.

what I liked about the property was the design how comfortable the hotel room was really affordable and clean as well. Located in a good area you can go grocery shopping. There’s a little kitchen and the staff are amazing.

What I would say that I didn’t like about the property is about the kitchen. There is everything except salt and pepper. It will be good if the owner or staff add little bottles of salt and pepper

The proximity of the public transport, as the tram stops right in front. The modern interior of the room. Simple, basic but quite sophisticated. The gentleman with the beard who checked us in. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. Thank you for informing us what time the group was going to have breakfast... it certainly made our breakfast much more quiet. The parking spaces in the underground garage were spacious, not evident nowadays.

Having 29 years of experience in Customer Service and Guest Relations, it is incomprehensible that a reception desk is manned by people in their own clothing. No name badges, no uniform, I could easily stand behind the desk and pretend i am working there too... With a uniform, you really stand out and should be proud of the company you work for. Lack of English speaking channels. And if there were any, they were all dubbed in French, which is the most horrible way of watching TV. Why not simply put subtitles on the original versions? But even that was impossible on the TV...no English subtitles. Indications to the hotel's parking are not very clear, and in the last lane quite confusing.

we stayed one night during our road trip south and the hotel is excellent for that purpose. it is located outside the city centre so access from the motorway is quick, it has a covered parking which is cheap (5 EUR) and there are several good restaurants right outside the hotel. in the morning there is a nearby bakery and cheaper petrol station and a supermarket. rooms are clean, wifi is good, bathrooms are new. staff was friendly and quickly swapped one of our rooms on request.

no family rooms, so a family of four has to stay and pay for two double rooms.

Modern clean spacious rooms. Pet friendly. Secure parking available to be requested in advance and costs only 5Eur. There several little fast food places just metres away from the hotel. For those travelling with a dog there is a little park approx 5-10min walk from the hotel (close to the sports centre)

The hotel is hard to find especially the entrance to the parking. I recommend using Google maps and driving very slowly the last 100m not to miss the parking entrance as it is offset from the street. It was also a bit further from the motorway than I had anticipated.

Welcoming and friendly staff. There was no restaurant for the evening but the lady on reception offered to make up a plate of charcuterie and cheeses which was excellent.

Extremely difficult to find! The address given by Booking.com is incorrect. It should read 207 rue de La Presle. We set the GPS to number 5 as directed and this took us to the end of a very long road, intersected by another road with a central barrier which made it impossible to cross without travelling up to a roundabout and turning back. Even then the signage was poor and we had to ask a local person for detailed directions to access the underground car park which is set in the middle of blocks of new flats. It took around 20 minutes to locate the hotel.

New. Very clean. Facilities in immediate vicinity very good. Cinema, 3 restaurants.

Difficult to locate, even with GPS. Getting into the private parking caused us problems: no response from the intercom, so we had to go on foot to the reception to gain access to the garage. The receptionist was not very sympathetic, telling us that no-one else had had any trouble getting in, instead of a brief apology for inconvenience. Even when we returned to the car, there was still a delay in any response to the intercom.

Room was lovely, well equiped with a very comfortable bed. One of the best nights sleep we have had.Great underground car park with access to the hotel reception up a short flight of stairs. Very clean and modern hotel, good bar and seating area for thise with pets like us.

Breakfast was limited, no eggs! Nearly all hotels we have used have provided the facility of boiled eggs and toast. Coffee machine was however excellent. Also, there was no restaurant or evening meal facities. The entrance to the car pafk was very difficult to find.

Everything. Location was good. Parking was extra, but secure and underground. . The room was very spacious and comfortable. They offered a mini.breakfast for a sensible price. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance

Location didn't have a good place to take our dog for a walk, but was otherwise very good
