Beautiful small 10 bungalows hotel, extremely clean and with good food and juices (at very reasonable prices). Very peaceful environment, ideal if you want to completely disconnect and relax as there is no option for a evening walk besides along the beach. Good pool, very enjoyable and useful due to the tides. Hotel staff very friendly and kind.

Only improvement points would be: - AC or extra ventilation in the room, as the current ceiling fan is not enough during the night (especially as it gets very humid with the shower not being separated from the bedroom). - Area facing the seaside is not well maintained and could be better valued and exploited with more sunbeds (currently 3) and lounge options to enjoy the view.

We liked the close location to the beach and how the property was set up. The bungalows were smaller than expected based on the pictures but were cleaned twice a day which was amazing. We felt super welcomed. The staff was friendly at all times but could improve their English to help with better communication.

The doors are open, and the windows don’t have glass but only mosquito nets. Our bungalow was the closest to the breakfast area which was slightly annoying when trying to sleep in, as other guests woke up early to go to breakfast which woke us up as well.

beautiful hotel right on the beach. swimming pool overlooking the ocean. peaceful and quiet. only 10 bungalows for couples. all the staff are very friendly. from the general manager and front office to restaurant staff. they do everything for a comfortable stay of the guests. many thanks for the opportunity to relax at night after the flight without available room. very tasty food in the restaurant. everything I've tried is delicious. service at a high level. food can be ordered even on a sun beds. rooms are clean. there are comfortable terraces where you can spend time. my holiday was wonderful😍

It was not my first time at Nur Beach - I keep going back there. Nur Beach is a special place for me - incredibly cozy , magic and one of a kind. I spent Christmas Eve there and it was my most beautiful Christmas Eve ever. I felt better there than at home. Amazing staff: friendly, smiling and helpful but I dont want to call them staff - there are my friends: Boss Jamiel, Emacolata, Christina, Happy, Latipha, Jackline, Hidaya, Alfan -guys thank you very much for amazing stay and delicious food. You made me happy everyday.I will miss you

Normally I am always able to find some things that can be improved, but I cannot think of anything that could be improved. One of the nicest places I have ever been!! 10, 10, 10!! If we visit Zanzibar again in the future we definitely will visit this wonderfull resort again!

Everything. The staff is really nice, food is good and the location amazing. I really enjoyed the long walks when the tide is low. Super relaxing, quiet, a place to let go of stress. Choose this place if you really want to relax without being bothered and you want to be in contact with nature. I hope to go again soon

Wonderful and blissful place to stay in Zanzibar. It so peaceful and worry-free to stay at Nur Beach Hotel. Rooms are spaceful, clean and nice. Staff is great and helping with literally everything. Nice pool and easy access from stairs into the ocean. The location in our opinion was superb because you could visit next door hotels (or any other hotels around) anytime you wanted - one has daily yoga classes, second has massage rooms and wider choice of menu. You can also walk to Paje by foot through the shoreline - takes approx 1.5h land come back by taxi (cost between 10 -15k shillings). At the time of writing this review and staying already in Nungwi I can honestly say that we should have stayed in Jambiani instead and skip Nungwi... Will definitely come back next time!

Missed the AC, but they have the ventilator that eventually you get used to, and as the nights are not so hot, it is alright 🙂.

very nice, cute and small hotel with 10 rooms. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. pool is very clean; property is clean good atmosphere would recommend and come again to stay in this hotel

The only point which was a little difficult for me was the food. I don’t eat meat and eggs and there were not that many options for me. especially during breakfast, omelette eggs and pancakes were included which I don’t eat, so I had to pay extra for beans. Toast, fruits, tea and jam were nice. For main courses also I had a very limited selection from only very few dishes without meat. around the hotel are many nice restaurants.
