The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is hot water all the time, the style is nice and felt quite homey. You have everything you'd need in the apartment. There is a laundry room in the building which helped alot to our long stay. The location is pretty good with some bars and places to eat just a walking distance. There is a 24/7 OXXO half a minute away. Beautiful parks are only 30 mins away. Its in a safe area and there is a guards 24/7 which were very polite and helpful all the time.

The walls are a bit thin , so loud music or movement of furniture above you is heard very well. Its not a big deal , it was quite most of the time even with a full building. I wish there was something to hang coats on in the apartment.

The location is excellent and the staff at the front door are wonderful to talk to and very helpful. The building's amenities are not perfect, but are good enough for most things. There is 1 laundry machine that guests can use in the morning and evening, which was great, but the time limit can be a bit restraining.

The rooms facing the street get a lot of sun and get very hot very quick. The fan that was in the room wasn't the best, but it was a lifesaver. Talking to other guests though, one said there was no fan in his suite, so not sure if everyone had one. The burners in the kitchen take a while to get hot, but do work well enough.

These apartments are hidden gems on a quiet street in the happening Condessa neighborhood at a very reasonable price. The apartments are new and sparkling clean. The design layout of the floor plan is efficient, pleasant with thoughtful and tasteful decor. The kitchen and living space are well-supplied with new linens, furniture, appliances and utensils. The staff and management were really helpful, and special thanks to the manager, Monica, for being extremely responsive and resolving all problems. I will stay here again, it is a lovely space! We were here for work and it was perfect for our purposes. Thanks again to Monica!

This comment may only apply rarely to a few potential guests: we had the bad luck to stay during a rare heat wave in the spring--April!--and discovered there is no air conditioning. This was not a big problem for my co-workers but was for me as heat sensitive. Fortunately the manager immediately provided excellent fans.. It was a surprise to me to not have air conditioning, I hadn't thought to even check beforehand as it is usually standard. So this is a heads up to any heat sensitive potential guest. I am told that temperatures over 26C are rare. But that whole week it was 32C (90F) and that was very uncomfortable for sleeping.

The location was superb, walking distance to gorgeous cafes, bars, and parks, an incredibly safe neighbourhood. The apartment was secure, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, with strong communication from the owners on how to locate it. Hot water was hit and miss, but otherwise, a beautiful home when visiting the city. I would return without hesitation. The kitchen was well stocked, not that we used it, why would you would local food on your street?!

This was a home away from home! The apartment is clean, modern and has very good soundproofing. The host and front security were very friendly and personable. The decorations and furniture were also very tasteful and gave some serious style inspo!

A small thing but the metal sliding part on the ground for the door to open was very sharp and my friend stepped on it and it was painful. We put a cushion on top afterwards and it was fine, so perhaps just a small warning would be great!

Good location close to Metro and Metrobus station and Eco Bici bike docks, and to the wonderful Condesa neighborhood. Modern apartment with all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

Not enough toilet paper and towels provided for our 6 night stay. Would have liked a hot water kettle for making tea. Would have appreciated information about nearby transportation options, supermarket, restaurants etc.

The property had all necessary facilities, good pans, big fridge, nice equipped bathroom, relaxing living room which was also beautifully designed. Even the option to do your laundry is amazing!

The only thing was the bed for me. The mattrass was too soft so I didn't sleep well. However, the rest of the appartment made up for it.

I loved the location, the apartment has it all, the parking space is small but at least it has and the staff was EXTREMELY NICE. I literally just booked it again for the next week once I’m back in CDMX.

I liked it all, just one small observation would be: The hot water lasted very short in the shower, like less than 5mins. Fine with me, not with my girlfriend.

As an interior designer the space was not only functional, but well designed with unique touches. My favorite touches were the textured room dividers,the long balcony and comfortable surfaces. I would definitely stay again.

Located in a really good area, close to almost all the tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartment was comfy and cozy with a very responsive and accommodating staff. Amazing decor and clean apartment the only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the bed, it wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be.
