close to the water, stores and several of restaurant options

A lot of walking if you’re disabled. The elevators are pretty much at each end of the property but it can be a walk to your room.

Convenient location to town and airport with shopping at Fisherman’s Village as well as dining. Beautiful views of Port Charlotte Harbor. Our suite was fresh and clean, beautifully decorated, roomy bathroom with extra sinks/mirrors for added convenience. The beds and bedding were fabulous! Great private outdoor balcony.

Elevator to 2nd floor office was out of order which was inconvenient with luggage and Florida’s humidity! Signs directing you to office should be clearer. Wooden plank flooring is wearing in some spots - could potentially be a problem - needs replacing.

No bfast included. Ktch was equipped w/dishes, cooking utensils to be able to provision if staying an extended stay. But location central to most of Punta Gorda. We stayed on property, played cards and just enjoyed getting out of town for over night. Upon check out the desk manager recommended a local restaurant for breakfast that morning which was easy to find and had good food.

Other than the elevator still being worked on, nothing. The restaurant at the north end of Fisherman's Village was disappointing compared to a day visit a few years ago, but not having spent a night there before, I was very surprised how nice the facilities were and the office workers. Even the housekeeping crew were very friendly and courteous.

The suite was big and spotless clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Swimming pool across the street. The suites are spacious, modern and had everything we needed.

Hotel lobby/reception was a bit hard to find. I strolled through the entire shopping mall/village and by sheer coincidence found it when going up one of the many stairs that had a "only for hotel guests" sign next to it. We were just passing through Punta Gorda and the kids had a blast in the swimming pool, but it's a very quiet location which seems to be mostly inhabited by retirees with not that many things to do. Not at all a problem for us but one should keep this in mind when visiting this quiet and peaceful city.

This was a great property with well appointed suites including a nice balcony. Our room overlooked the marina, which was fun to watch the boats. Great locations downstairs is full of fun, shops and restaurants. We had a quick tonight staycation and will definitely return!

Everything on property was wonderful.

Rooms and facilities were in excellent condition. Super clean and modern. I stayed in a fully furnished apartment that had also a small - but functional - kitchen. The majority of the rooms have a balcony with a sea view (various angles).

The staff was not friendly at all. They also had the latest check in and earliest check out hours out of my entire Florida stay (more than 8 different hotels). Also, I don't think the value for money had a good ratio.

I live in the surrounding area and this booking was to be close to the airport to drop off my friend. I have always admired and have been curious about the building above Fisherman's Village. It certainly did not disappoint. The room was very spacious and well set up. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay again, even living locally! The little coffee shop below is also fantastic!

We only stayed 9 hours so there was nothing that stood out that we did not like.

This was our second trip back. We enjoy going there as we can arrive by boat and they allow dogs. We love all the restaurants and live music. We spend most of our day on the water so we haven’t had the pleasure of shopping at the shops yet. Very clean condos.

The only problem we had with this trip was that someone was in our boat slip when we returned from fishing. The person was even using our lines. Luckily the slip next to us was open and we had extra lines on board. The marina fixed the problem after I called them. I think sometimes people pull up and use the empty slips to go to the restaurants. Perhaps better signage would help.

The view from the room was exceptionally pretty. The amenities at Fisherman's Village and the proximity for walking a mile to so many events, shops, other restaurants... make this location ideal for a relaxing vacation. A beach,a pool, and a tiki bar on the harbor- what more can you ask for!!!!

Maybe a breakfast/ brunch availability right at the site?

My wife and I have been there before. And we wanted to bring my wife's parents for a little. Getaway, they haven't been out of the house since copied. And this was just everything they. We had our kids there as well. And my sister-in-law, and it was just a wonderful get together for all of us.

For me, the bed was a little bit too firm, but everyone else except for my wife and mother-in-law slept pretty good. And even when my mother-in-law was too tired, she still slept pretty good, it's no big deal.
