Location on Boca Grande Island was good. The 6 $ toll we had not expected, but it is what it is, nothing the Hotel is responsible for. Rooms were good and their size was more than expected. You get Beach towels and chairs free of charge. Great offer in our view. The beaches are very clean and not crowded, but as they are State parks, there is a small fee. But absolutely reasonable. the ocean water is awesome and there are so many shells. Really great.

No breakfast on site. If looking for a place to stay in Boca Grande it was great. If looking for a place on the beach it is not on the beach. But close to everything on the island. L loved my room!

The only negative thing is the noise everything echoes in the courtyard area including voiced, the ice machine , cleaning carts, luggage etc. It would not keep me from returning, I would just bring ear plugs or a sound machine

The ambiance of the room was in line with the surrounding landscape and area - very coastal. But the number 1 thing for me was the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom . The fixtures were sparkling and fresh looking, like brand new! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and one of the cleaning ladies that I saw even helped me with a minor problem I had with the TV. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

There really wasn't anything I didn't like or could complain about.

we have been going to Boca Grande for many years and we always love it. We usually rent a condo for a longer period,but this year with the hurricane we could only find it for a short time and we needed a few days on the end and Boca Grande Hotel was perfect. We highly recommend it. We enjoyed the pool as well as then lovely, spacious and comfortable room.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff (especially Jo!) were kind and welcoming. The grounds of the hotel aren't much - a simple pool really. But we liked that there was a marina and store next door. We enjoyed the golf cart ride to town. Very peaceful.

Rooms need updating for this price . Pool is way too small ! With one family in pool - it starts to be crowded . Far from decent beaches & any type of restaurant s.

We arrived early and could get Our room anyway. the room Was right next to the Pool, which was good for the Kids.

we just stayed 1 night and enjoyed everything, the only little disadvantage was the climate direct next to the bed

Access to beach towels. Bed good. We prefer not to have daily cleaning, but the staff offered clean towels on day 2.

Would have liked a night table on both sides of the bed. More charger ports. pool not clean

The room was very clean and the location quiet and safe. The bed was comfortable and the rates were especially reasonable for the area. The bicyle trail into the quaint dowtown area of Boca Grande is exceptional. The Inn Bakery downtown is a great little place to refuel with delicious baked items and coffee when you get there. The hotel is an easy drive to beaches and many delightful restaurants.

The front door lock to our room was almost impossible to open at times. The management really needs to get that fixed.

We have stayed here a number of times and will return next year. The staff is great and our rooms have been clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable for this particular area.
