Great price and really clean!

We forgot a speaker in the room and I called back the same day they said that the manager would call me back but he never did. So we never got back our speaker 😒

Real fast was good for a quick bite and coffee. Loved that it had electric charger and seemed the be kept up mostly as far as clean and comfy . Staff was really nice and had no problem That we needed a lil later checkout but told us after thirty minutes they had to charge. Definitely so friendly about it though , very hospitable front desk and much appreciated. And the phone in room worked and that hotel across the way never has a working phone

Possibly a few more items on the breakfast but it didn’t change my mind about the overall experience.

Stayed here for a Month and that says a lot. Comfortable, pretty clean and pretty safe. Excellent staff. Not a new hotel but it feels safe and comfortable. Nearby supermarket that is well stocked and microwave in the room, as well as the breakfast nook..Filtered water is available 24/7. Coffee for as long as it lasts. If travelling solo or booking a long stay or large group, or all three,, let the front desk know.

Wld be great to have a few diners and cafes near by. And shopping.

Cleanliness and accommodations.

The air temp was not controllable. The room was cold when I got in and the temp was set to cold and it was 68. I tried to change the temp and it returned to the 68 setting. I turned it to heat and when I woke up in the morning the temperature was 78. I was trying to get 75 or 76 for my comfort zone.

Mike the afternoon/late evening auditor was very kind. He was engaging and very helpful. I had to print some documents before my meeting the next day. He printed / copies as I requested and handed them off to me without an extra charge. 6 copies in total. My room was on the first floor. I asked if the perimeter doors were secured. He said they were. Mike welcomed me and said if he could do anything to help my short stay - to let him know. The room was tidy. The ac worked great through the night. There were safety lights on through the night out the room window. It was a good stay. I recommend this hotel.

There was not a lot of convenient stores near. I needed to purchase a pair of black socks. No Walmart, target or Walgreens near. I made due.

Good stay

Everything was good. I have one suggestion. When there is a family of four, please give at least that amount of towels for each person. We only received two face towels. There was a note saying to please reuse towels. I’m sorry but I can’t reuse towels it’s nasty. We where there for three days with only two towels and ran out of tissue. I eventually ask for more towels. But again I’m not complaining about the stay because everything else was good.

Good bed and room size, generally, it's a friendly little hotel that respects privacy and is devoted to cleanliness which I love. For this and other reasons, I wld stay here again coz I felt safer here than in downtown hotels. Very little social problems outside. Neighbourhood is kind of spartan but it's easy to travel around from here if you drive.

The neighbourhood is a bit spartan and not much to do nearby and no great dining or boutique shopping nearby.

The staff is very helpful. The maid service was superb and always asking if we needed anything.

There was an issue with the hot water in the shower. The night shift came up to check it and couldn't fix it and said he would let the manager know in the morning. It was so late that we opted to not change rooms then. The manager the next morning came and is what you had to fo is push hard towards the hot water side. In other words, you had to know the secret to get hot water in the shower.

Overall, not a bad hotel at all. I was comfortable and safe with my 2 kids. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast is okay, continental but sufficient. Breakfast ends at 9:30, I just think it should end a little later. One if the best hotels I stayed at during my stay in Dallas. I'm here again lol. Definitely recommend!

Loved how easy and smooth the check in process was .loved that that handicap room was on the first floor and the cleanliness of the hotel and the housekeeping staff was spectacular!I have to say this is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at .breakfast was included and we had a fridge and microwave in the room would most definitely stay again .for the rate we paired came to around $60 a day stayed for a week and bill was only $454.bot to mention the indoor pool !! Great hotel for family,solo or as just a couple .
