This property was very clean. I would suggest some kind of natural clean scent maybe lemon or citrus to spray after cleaning the rooms just so the scent can match the cleanliness. I loved that the room had cooking essentials, a dishwasher, mini stovetop, and refrigerator. And also that the bathrooms had Dove body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap/hand lotion. The pillows where stuffed with feathers so that made sleeping extra comfy.

My only issue was I couldn’t cast to the Tv from my phone, which is how I typically watch Tv. I did call and was told I would receive a call back to fix the issue and never did. Luckily, I was out and about so this small issue didn’t affect me to much. I was able to view regular Tv channels.

Updated and clean room with small kitchen (dishwasher, full fridge, electric stove top, microwave). New appliances and furniture. Spacious wheelchair accessible room. Very nice and spacious breakfast area, and the foods were delicious. Servers were very professional, pleasant, and polite.

Loud traffic noise in the bedroom so didn't sleep well at all. Bed mattress was firm. When we checked-in, I was in a wheelchair so asked for a handicap-accessible room. The front desk attendant looked upset about something - not very friendly. The room she assigned us was pretty tight, my wheelchair barely fit the doorways. The walk-in shower didn't have a seat for me to take a shower. I called front-desk to confirm if the room that we got was their handicap-accessible room. We spoke to a different front desk attendant to let her know that I need a shower chair in the bathroom. She assigned us to the room next door which was much bigger and my wheelchair was much easier to maneuver. However, the loud traffic noise can be heard from the bedroom.

Location was not too far from Downtown. The staff were super Nice and friendly.

Everything was great! The only issue I had during my stay was that the AC unit in the actual room was not working, there was a sweet house keeping woman trying to help me but we couldn’t get it to work, finally we told the front desk and they were going to send maintenance up to take a look at it while we stepped out to grab some food, but we came back and it still wasn’t working, I had to leave the room door open in order for the AC unit from the living area to blow air into the room as well. Other than that everything was great.

Rooms were a good size bed was very comfortable

Breakfast! The staff at breakfast was extremely friendly and welcoming! They answered all of our questions about certain foods and made sure we had everything we needed, I didn't even feel like I was at a hotel it was so comfortable quiet and clean! The top 3 things I request when I book my rooms online!

The rain we couldn't control upon arrival! Other than that everything was wonderful here! I would Definitely stay here again if I were to visit again and if they up keep the property!

I like the restaurant style breakfast. The service was amazing and you ate off of plates not paper plates. When walking in you had someone greet you and the breakfast was for those that wanted to eat healthy.

I didn't like that they have a $75 hold and you get it released after 3-5 business days.

The room was very clean and the water pressure to the shower was amazing.

This hotel can really improve on their breakfast options. This was the only thing that was very disappointing. They only had toast and coffee and the fruits they had did not look appetizing at all.

The entire stay was lovely. The bed was comfortable. Everything is perfect! Delicious breakfast and spacious rooms.

My stove didn’t work. So I had to spend money eating out when I planned to cook.

The workers were very kind and helpful and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The pool was very clean. And there were no bugs, which was a great plus.

The pool was not listed online, so we didn't bring swimming clothes.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was great. The airport shuttle was a very nice amenity.

The only thing I needed was a full length mirror in the room.
