So much! The staff were brilliant, the rooms a simple charm to them and the rest of the hotel front reception and the bar etc is stunning! The breakfast is lovely and i found the location being PERFECT for an outskirts of paris overlooking the siene and some parisian skyline (i was lucky with room i got had such a beautiful view - ignoring the road but look past that lol). The bercy shopping centre with a supermarket on the upper floors and bakery on the first floor etc was PERFECT. And despite my Severely Sight Impaired Blind status.. i managed to walk into paris from this hotel and all along the siene up to the eiffe tower and back with google maps was such a nice adventure! Even better with a rented bike or scooter im sure! I will definately be staying again!

The downside i would say only to answer the question is the room decor and style certainly did not match the elegant and classy decor of the reception or bar area which was a shame but for a budget hotel and for the price its definitely something i didnt care much about as i only slept in the room but even a REFURB of the wall art and colour scheme would improve. The bathroom was lovely however! And lovely open window. I wish i had a fan however as it was quite warm with the window only open a crack so i didnt attract bugs (my preference)

I booked this hotel as needed something close to bus station at Quai de Bercy. It took me less than 10mins to get there by taxi and the area where hotel is located is pretty nice and quiet (at least was on Sunday evening). The hotel is nice, has vending and coffee machine in the lobby, a restaurant where breakfasts are served and you can also eat during other time of the day. The room was "budget" but had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, a desk and a bathroom with shower and amenities.

Didn't notice any drawbacks and property totally met my expectations.

Warm welcome from helpful receptionists. Standard ibis budget formula. But well above average. Clean and quiet with very comfortable bed. I was lucky to have a wee peep of the Seine. Room comfortable temperature without the centrally controlled air conditioning the more expensive ibis upstairs has which they couldn’t turn off so my room there was like a cooler. Excellent location. Bus outside front door. 30 min to Pantheon. Large carrefour next door. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

- The room was clean like you were getting in a hospital. Which is something really great ! - The breakfast was great - The stuff at the reception are always amazing people and extremely helpful and friendly - I've been booking rooms to this particular hotel in the last 10 years and every time the experience is superb - It's one of my favorite hotels. Whenever I get to Paris I book a room there

- The pillow should be a little more comfortable for my taste. - The toilet need better cleaning from the inside to remove the limescale from it.

Close to public transport, safe area, not too far from central sights

I tried to buy my dinner from a mashine at the reception but the box of food got stucked and the hotel does not have a key for machine to open it and to access the food. According to the receptionist it happens often. It was disappointing, cos it cost me 6€ and I stayed without food cos everything was closed nearby due to be on public holiday.

1. The staff were very friendly and they could speak excellent English and French. They also helped us and gave us quick access to our rooms . 2. The rooms were cleaned once a day, fresh towels left in the bathroom, and a quick light switch by the bed and outside the bathroom. When the cleaners came to clean the room, they smoothed the beds and replaced the towels. There was also nice air conditioning in each room, making the rooms cool in the summer heat. 3. The location was brilliant. There are 2 bus stops within a minutes walk, the Flixbus station was close by, and the Metro station was also close by, but you need a 11-minute bus ride to reach the hotel from Bercy/ Gare de Leyon Metro station. There were shops and cafes nearby. 4. They had lockers available in two sizes, small and large, each coming with their own price tag, small lockers being €4 and larger lockers being €7 for a full day of use. The lockers used a virtual 4 digit password, which you were to select. 5. They had brilliant WiFi and a TV with French programs only. Their WiFi was excellent, providing an excellent speed and little delay. The TV lacked, though, some of the programmes were closed, and all were without subtitles or dubbing . 6. They were quick to bring in taxis for a VERY CHEAP PRICE. The drivers helped us with directions and also speak a variety of languages fluently. Overall I would say our stay in the hotel was wonderful and the staff were brilliant. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay.

Just as a suggestion, they should have a kettle in each room.

Good value for money, the food from the restaurant is delicious. It's a cosy place to stay. We got a room that had a stunning view of the river Seine and far off in the distance we could see the Eiffel Tower. Right next to a shopping centre so if supplies are needed it's only downstairs, very convenient and basically has everything you would need!

Beds are a little uncomfortable and the hotel's location is right next to a main road that basically connects the entirety of Paris, so it's a little noisy when the windows are open; it wasn't an issue for us but it might be for someone else. No air con so the room does get a little bit warm.

The check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The staff at the reception was also very helpful, and let us use the microwave in the kitchen as the one outside was broken. We appreciated that they went out of their way to help us.

The cleaning staff was overly presumptuous and things were sometimes done haphazardly. For example, we left some (packaged) food on our table, but when we returned, we realised that the cleaning staff had taken some of it, presumably for their own consumption. As another example, our toothbrushes were taken out of our cups and left casually on the counter top. The same thing happened with our bathing supplies.

Kind and helpful staff, comfortable couples room with private toilet, super clean and cleaned up every day by staff, really good value for the money perfect for a couple on a budget!

All the metro stations are kinda far away from it at walking distance and the streets around it are kinda confusing but if you have the daily ticket for Paris they have a bus station right outside that will take you to a metro, in general doesn't take any longer then 1 hour to get to any major attraction

I loved the fact that the hotel next to the shopping mall Bercy2 where you can buy anything. Really close to centre, you basically need to take 24 bus end maybe change with another to reach fast and easy the attractions in the city. Reception is really helpful and loved that the checkout was at 12, gives you more time to rest and prepare yourself to leave. They also have a restaurant option and a vending machine. Also you can leave your luggage if you need more time to spend out to explore more and your flight or train leaves late.

I didn't like that they don't offer to the customers hand soap, hair dryer and slippers.
