Even though in a very industrial area, I found it was easy to get around on the buses and some great food places in the area including local patisserie. It also has a communal laundry and when I got stuck with my check in I was able to get help by calling emergency number. It costs about 22 euro to get to eiffel tower on taxi from here otherwise the bus and train is easy. Also nice touch with free bottles of water tea coffee and bikkies. Beds and room clean and comfy with a great balcony.

It felt like a long term residence rather than short stay apartment. The main entry always had leaves in foyer. My toilet stopped working on the day of Check out after 3 nights. It's definitely 3 star but absolutely fine for the money you pay. No air con.

The bed was very comfortable and the temperature inside the room was easy to set at own pleasure. Microwave and kitchen furniture was super useful. Also, I had no sort of issue with my reservation and the receptionist man was very kind and could easily speak good English, which is not to be taken for granted in France. Nothing was stolen from my room and the room is safely closed when you leave it.

In general, even if it's clean and with no malodor, which is good, you can feel that it is not deeply and perfectly clean. However, compared to the reviews you can find online is waaaaay better than I thought. They say the corridor and the moquette smell bad, but it's not true, I found it nice. Also, someone talked about cockroach and dead mice, but there was not even an ant. Perfect to me.

The room was clean, the one gentleman that worked there spoke English & was very pleasant & helpful. Others didn’t speak much English. It was warm weather & was glad there was a fan in the room. Glad there was a grocery store with in a few blocks.

The shower & kitchen drains had an unpleasant odor. Probably from lack of use. The building was in an industrial area, so only a few restaurants within walking distance.

The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and also kept my bag till the end of the day which I really appreciated. I liked that you could open the window for fresh air and it had a tiny balcony. The kitchenette was useful too and the Carrefour close by was useful to have some breakfast things. I arrived earlier than check in time and the reception checked and got the room ready a little earlier for me which was appreciated as I'd had a very early start.

I was surprised there was no air conditioning but a fan was provided.

Geographically the place worked for me.. the studio is comfortable, and the essentials are there to allow one to bring one's food..cook and .refrigerate..

big and impersonal..located in an semi industrial neighborhood, with the giant incinerator next door.. no immediate shops or restaurants..the 325 Bus across the street takes you to connect with all of Paris transports/

The staff was super friendly and considerate. We arrived a bit later and didn't realise that we got the room without a balcony. Despite sleeping in the room for one night, the staff still let us move to another room with a balcony and was super nice about it.

Nothing the hotel could change. The shopping mall around the corner has seen its best days, but other than that the area is okay and by bus you can still reach everything.

The appartment is far from the city center but in our case, the location was convenient to be close from the Accor Arena. The loft was comfortable and clean.

Kitchen was a little bit small but had everything you would need for a short stay.

Very small apartment but for paris it was ok. Using the bus worked great from this apartment a bit trickier for the train- not a well used station & a bit of a walk. The carrefour close by was good!

Small but nothing too much to complain about . Not the ritz - worked great as our base.

The property was as shown in the pics, small room but bed was comfortable which is much needed in a trip. A small kitchen with basic crockery was provided.

Cleaning as mentioned on the site was once a week but better work could have been done by the cleaning staff.

I found the room to be quite comfortable. The bed was truly comfortable and every space had a use. Everything met my expectation and went beyond. Sheets and towels were clean, staff was helpful and friendly. I would say I quite enjoyed the experience. And there are vending machines on the first floor and they offer microwave dinners. They were life savers when we got back late and couldn't find any open stores.

The location is overall good, but 30 min from the city center. It's not that far but thanks to weird Parisian public transport we had a difficult time getting around. Apart from that some of the silverware offered was not exactly clean. Finally, we had to pay a city tax but I saw that I already paid for it during the reservation. Too bad I saw it after my visit ended.
