We absolutely loved this property, the amenities, including the Ramen in the evening between 9:30 pm and 11 and the phenomenal breakfast which included all you can eat salmon. Row was extraordinary and we will never forget it. Also we loved the Onsen spa and the staff was wonderful and accommodating, except for giving us an extra hour for check out after a very late check-in

When we arrived we got there at almost midnight at checkout. We asked for an extra hour and they wanted to charge us the same price as an overnight which we thought was ridiculous. Also it said that the parking was free, but when we arrived it was 1500 a day.

Standard hotel room, not huge, but helpful staff and lovely Japanese-style baths on the top floor with free washing machines so that you could wash your clothes while using the bath. Only Y100 for the tumble drier too. Free ice cream freezer outside the baths, and free noodles in the restaurant from 9p.m.

We had a bit of trouble actually finding the hotel about a 10-15 minute walk from the station, but that was mainly because we were confused by the street numbering system in Asahikawa.

Very good room. Excellent facilities with onsen at the last floor and a lot of amenities such as free ice cream and midnight ramen. Breakfast with a good variety of dishes. Staff very nice and helpful, they forwarded my luggage to the next hotel for me. The bus to Asahi-dake is just in front of the hotel.

Dormy Inn has been a great value for money with the freebies they provide (public onsen availability, ice cream after onsen, probiotic drink, and free ramen supper), highly recommended to stay.

The location is a little far (10 mins walk to Asahikawa JR train station).

Outdoor onsen in the snow was wonderful. The hotel also proved complimentary icypoles and ramen which was a nice touch. The room was much larger than standard Japanese hotel rooms.

The onsen is banned for people with tattoo regardless if they are gang affiliated or not.

Initially I thought the hotel maybe a bit old since it has been more 10 years. But it turned out much better, the room size was just nice for 4 of us. I love the public bath and the free ramen after that between 9.30pm to 11pm. The plus point that is washer and coin dryer that can be used. Must include the sumptuous breakfast on the morning to begin your day!

The Onsen. The location is a bit far from the station but taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. The location is favorable from the point of view of ashiakawa‘s beautiful city park and nearby restaurants.

Best location and friendly staffs. Location wise is awesome if you’re self driving. A couple of minutes of walkable distance to heiwa shopping street. Extremely helpful hotel staffs

Love this place onsen , late night noodle , & breakfast: faborous… everything.. value for money… clean onsen and have some snack afterward… front desk is very helpful … English are very well
