Enjoyed my time at this property. The apartment was very spacious and tidy. It was great to have a washing machine and kitchen to use as well. The location is amazing, right next to “Time Out Market” and lots of cafes, places to eat. Walking distance to lots of things around.

The stairs. EXTREMELY STEEP stairs going up to your apartment. Not suitable if you have big/heavy luggage or any mobility issues. The cleaner washes the other rooms towels/sheets in your machine when you are out for the day.

The location of the place is super. It was easy to walk to the metro/train or walk to the city centre from there. Everything was good and is as described. You get good value for money with this place. The staircases is not a problem, unless you're disabled or old. So just be aware :) The doors use a keypad, so there is no collection of a key or vise versa at checkout, which I really like.

There's a lot of cloro in the water, but that's probably common in Portugal. There is some noise from the nearby streets, but if you have been out and active during the day, you should easily be able to sleep through it.

The location couldn't be better, and the apartment was so cute. The hosts even left us some mini shampoos and a little book with recommendations for things to do in Lisbon. They also always responded really fast and were so nice! The bed was comfortable, there was a huge fan in the room, and everything was clean. The staff came every day to change the towels and bed sheets.

The only thing we struggled with was the shower. The water was either really hot or freezing cold. But we managed, it wasn't a huge issue. Also, there was only one portable electric hot plate, so that might be an issue if you plan on cooking a lot (but there's also a huge microwave/oven you could use for cooking). For us, it was more than enough.

Location was very central and easy to access main sights and public transport.

Depending on who decides to stay next door, it can be noisy. We had the misfortune to have a group of fellows next door who were partying into the night and were easily heard through the walls. Very hot and airless with only windows at one end. You could open them but then there was no privacy to the street. Thank goodness the owners had a put a fan there.

The location is great, easy to find, steps away from all the night life, like the pink street, the time out food market, next to the famous Bica Funicular, next to a metro station and other transport system, so easy to move from there to any famous spot. The girl is friendly and helpful. Have all the essentials you need for a few days visiting Lisboa. I highly recommend it. Just remembered that it is in the old town so you may need to walk an important number of stairs on the streets and the hostel, but it's part of the beauty of an old town and nothing major anyway.

The location is very central - quite close to the market venue with all kinds of cafes and restaurants and metro/train station Cais Sodre. You can also reach some central places by foot. It was interesting to experience living in an old Portugese house. The hosts were very responsive: all my messages vere answered quickly. They even provided me with scissors after my request. :)

The bathroom was really small. As I lived on the upper floor, I had to climb a lot of stairs to get there. It's not easy if you have to carry a suitcase or after a whole day of walking.

We loved out stay at the Lisbon Bica Suites. It had a wonderful location and incredible housekeeping staff. We fell in love with our quaint and charming converted attic bedroom. Despite the fact it was literally an attic, The Magic Suite had a TV, AC (rare in Lisbon), a very comfortable bed, and good water pressure shower. The room had a little chair and table at a window overlooking a gorgeous vista of the city that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was an amazing find, especially for the inexpensive price.

While it didn't have a negative effect on us, I think they should provide transparency about the type of room we were in. We had to climb three flights of very steep stairs (the last of which had a rope to pull yourself up on) to get to our room, and the attic did have low ceilings and little walking space. Again it was perfect for my friend and I (two 22 year old women), but could have been an issue for others.

Everything is self-service with messages sent from the owner ahead of time and very convenient. I was assigned the Magic room and it was in the attic. I had a bit issue opening the digital lock, but it was solved over the phone really quickly. The inside is very well decorated and equipped (even has AC), considering I am small and stayed alone it was pretty okay. Also, it is not noisy at all during the night due to the height, which has guaranteed good sleep. Things in the room were clean and smelled really good. Most importantly, the location is impeccable. As long as you know how to enjoy Lisbon, this is definitely a good choice to stay. Thank you, Joao & Maria.

Not much.

The room was lovely and exactly how it looked in the photos. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. We loved the location of Lisbon Inn Bica Suites as there were lots of lovely cafes/bars/restaurants and the metro/train station was close by. The staff at Lisbon Inn were all friendly and accommodating.

It wasn’t too much of a problem for us but our room was at the very top of the building and the stairs were very steep to get to the room. I would bear this in mind for people that may struggle with very steep stairs or who have large suitcases.

The owners were very responsive. They sent me detailed instructions to get to my room which was on the last floor. The apartment is right in the center of Lisbon so very accessible. The shower was very good even for a tall 187cm They washed my clothes for very reasonable price

The mattress was a little soft(maybe old)
