This place was gorgeous and charming in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made an effort to get to know us and make us feel welcome. The property was located downtown with lots of shops and restaurants a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

The heating unit was pretty loud and rattled every time it turned on, which impacted our sleep a bit. Also we were a bit frustrated that the only place to park overnight was a lot a couple blocks away and adds $15 per night to your stay. There was an abundance of street parking everywhere around town, but this was all labeled as 2hr parking. This isn’t the hotel’s fault of course, but it was something that we found a bit annoying/inconvenient since we visited during the off-season and the town was basically empty.

Perfect location and a great view from the 4th floor balcony. The staff was warm and friendly. The room was cozy, if a bit dated in the decor. The breakfast was very good- lots of options and self serve. There were lovely small touches like cucumber water and coffee/tea at reception, good sized mini fridge in the room, coffee maker with coffee creamer in the room, good desk for working.

The decor is dated and skews toward an aged and traditional design. The balcony was full of leaves and the balcony chairs were really dirty- even in winter it would be nice to feel like things were cleaned, especially as I ended up sitting on the balcony quite a bit.

So many adjectives to describe our stay at the Lord Camden Inn; Attractive, comfortable, friendly, yummy, plus convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing, plus it’s just a hop skip to the visitor center and the bay. We had a balcony overlooking Main street - They have parking just one block from the Inn with a short period loading area adjacent to the back entrance. We were there during the terrific heat wave and their air conditioning was outstanding. They provide the most delicious breakfast selections. We highly recommend the Chestnut Street Historic District Walking Tour (you may pick up brochure at the visitor center)

The Inn was conveniently located in the heart of Camden. Just park your car and enjoy the town or walk to enjoy the harbor, the adjoining neighborhoods and catch a glimpse of Curtis Island lighthouse. The staff were friendly,helpful and accommodating. Free offering of breakfast every morning was a surprising delight. It was not your typical continental breakfast and had many selections of pure delicious food. The Inn itself was quaint, affordable with just the right set of ambience to set the mood of a harbor side stay. Hope to visit again soon.

If you plan to stay in the room, the TVs are small and don't get good reception.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked the infused water available in the lobby. Umbrellas in the lobby to use was a nice touch especially since we encountered a downpour! There's a great consignment store nearby to definitely check out!

The location is great as it's right in town, however it is on a main street so you hear the traffic early in the morning. Bathroom sink area a bit small but we managed:)

Location was super and the staff was exceptional. Great room with a good sized balcony and a view of the harbor as well as overlooking the mian street. Bed was the most comfirtable throughout our trip. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was very attentive to guests needs as well. Overall superb expericnce and woud definately recommed this to anyone travelling to Maine!

The rooms are luxuriously decorated with matching furnishing and well thought out details- so nice after a long time on the road staying at chain hotels. This place is a hidden gem! Our room had a lovely view of the river decorated for Christmas.

Would have been nicer if breakfast had been staffed perhaps, but otherwise everything was amazing.

Lord Camden Inn is tranquil, beautiful little Inn located right in the heart of the town of Camden. We were pleasantly surprised by its charm, proximity to just about anywhere and little details that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a small getaway in Maine.

There is nothing we can point out that we didn’t like. Everything was excellent.

The staff was great. The room was beautiful! I loved the river porch, even though it was raining the whole time we were there it was nice to have the door open and listen to the river. The jetted tub and shower were amazing. The parking lot was secure and a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

The cleaning could have been more thorough. There was some trash left in the trash bin, I found a dried out contact on the couch, and the small makeup mirror had a thick layer of dust on it.

Location and historic nature of the property.

Parking situation isn't bad but could be much better. Definitely not convenient and don't like being charged for it. Not much they can do about the parking itself being the hotel is in the heart of town with no room for it. Just hate extra fees.
