Breakfast was typical 'comes with the room' fare; for what it was, it was well prepared and tasted good. The breakfast room was always tidy and the breakfast staff was on the ball and pleasant.

But I was there for 8 days, and the hot food menu was repetitive inside that long a stretch. Probably not cost efficient to address that much, as I suspect most stays are shorter.

It was a nice stay, Breakfast was pretty good with good hours. The Hot Tub is big enough for everyone!!

The pool and hot tub were closed the second night for weekly maintenance on a Sunday. Let staff know about stuff on the floor of Elevator that was sticky when I came in at night and It was still there in the morning. The amount of sound from the cars and bikes that drive pass all night was kinda rough.

Asked for room to be cleaned after 3 days and arrived back to room to fresh towels and that’s it, trash not removed, bed was not made and not even a roll of toilet paper, dirty towels still on floor

Very convenient to the highway route. Friendly staff Easy access to Starbucks and Applebys for dinner

There was some water damage so the lobby was ripped up a little bit Did impact our room which was great, but was shocking upon walking in. It’s only reason I did give exceptional rating.

The location was a plus being close to Metra! Friendly staff, clean facilities. Comfortable beds.

The king room we stayed in could use an upgrade!! Tv was way too small for the room. Jacuzzi could be upgraded also! The parking lot was way too small to accommodate all vehicles that stayed there. We had a hard time finding a place to park :(

Our room was facing the street and we didn't get to sleep until 1-2am each morning due to LOUD cars,trucks and motorcycles racing up and down main Street ..

The receptionist was absolutely awesome ❤️!!! Our plane had been cancelled we were stranded; through her thoughtfulness she accommodated us very well. The hotel was well situated in town we could walk to a restaurant n we heard no street noise slept well after a upsetting experience.

Our room was easy to get to and in a unique area of the building, made us feel kinda special for how unique it looked instead of just another room down a long hallway

No fan in bathroom to vent #2 but otherwise everything was wonderful

The location offered easy access to major routes to access wherever you wanted to go.

The grounds were dirty. The jacuzzi in our room worked but some controls were damaged, no instructions about operations and controls. No finer dining establishments within the general area.

They served a good breakfast, the king size bed was very comfortable, the shower head had good pressure, and I love the smell of the bar soap that Country Inn & Suites uses.

Our bathroom didn’t have any towel racks. Our room was on the street side of the building and it was noisy with traffic all night long.
