Staff was really friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was very good too

The issue with Marriott's Wi-Fi is that since I've stayed before, the network is already on my laptop, and even when "forgetting" the network, the browser wouldn't lunch upon connection, I had to connect from my phone and the tether to my laptop, which works fine, but wasn't quite ideal, other than that, stay was really good

I had great experience at this hotel Great location, clean, modern, very quiet except I can hear guest above me foot steps. It was bit disappointing .

Swimming pool hours should change. It’s 10am to 10pm. Swimming pool should open earlier.

I liked the view from my room and rhe fact that it was close to the shopping center.. The staff is friendly and courteous. They acknowledge your presence and make you feel welcome.

I didn't like the house keeping service, which was a choice that I made to have. I regret it because their timing and mine clashes.

I liked the place very clean and spacious not far from the DFW air port I really enjoyed my stay any it wasn't far from shops in the area

That there wasn't enough things to do on the property I was hoping when I was there to get a massage but they didn't have a spa on the property.

This is a nice hotel. It’s convenient to the Allen Convention Center. The hotel restaurant is quite good.

I left medication behind in the fridge and called back within a few hours of checking out. Staff had already thrown my medication away. It would have been nice to get a phone call when it was found.

Bedding had stains, can tell the comforter doesn’t get cleaned often, and we saw a staff member at the bar sneeze into their hands, wiped them on their pants and proceeded to work.

Pool was a little dirty. Maybe from wind. Staff could offer food at the pool area.

The pool area is so nice. the bed was comfy. and overall everything was great. The staff was very friendly and upbeat. Will definitely come back.

Clean. Awesome showers. Nice lighting in the rooms! Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!

Had to move rooms because the shower was clogged full of hair under the metal covering that covers the shower drain. But the staff was very apologetic and had us moved to another room in no time. And said they would get maintenance first thing in the morning to address the issue!

Location, clean property, nice bar atmosphere to relax in.

It was kind of a haul back and forth between the parking garage and the hotel
