There was a woman that argued with a woman at the front desk only to find out that all she had to do was listen without reacting. Her frustration caused unnecessary anger for herself. The guest remained calm as the worker just continued to escalate her voice ( making a scene). By the time the woman was heard the worker noticed she was wrong by never apologized. Ethics and respect need to be inforced to all workers. There's multiple people that need to enjoy this location. But too many bad situations can bring this great hotel bad reviews.

The room I was in had open and close blinds and you could open the window as well.

When I arrived there was a lot of confusion with the room. When they gave the room key to me it was still being cleaned. I arrived on time at 3pm to check in. I never experienced this before at any motel or hotel and I travel a lot. I had to wait around 30 minutes for a different room to be ready for vacant.

I was SHOCKED! ALTHOUGH I WAS IN A SMOKING ROOM. THERE WASN'T SIGNS OF SMOKING!! VERY VERY VERY CLEAN AND FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE. EAT OFF THE FLOOR BATHROOM ( 😆). VERY NICE STAFF. The bed was so comfortable. And the sheets, towels and room was clean

The cleanliness of the entire hotel. I loved that I could smoke comfortably. The kitchenette came with everything I needed. Even a toaster!! Towels were plentiful and they were WHITE. VERY VERY CLEAN BATHROOMS! I would recommend them to anyone

Studio setting is really nice. I was impressed.

Soda machine broken. No laundry detergent. No quarters for change. I asked the front desk to have room service skip my room for the day, and they still came in and did the room while I was gone. I didn't need that. I didn't want that.

the staff here in my experience is so nice and always helpful. they're professional and if there's something you need help with, they do their beat to accomodate

Room was easy to access. However the price was way too much for a motel 6.

Price. It was like they over charge for a motel 6. 160$ isn't what I wanna pay for one night in a motel 6. I'd rather pay 85.00 at a different location where the area may be bad but the hotel is cheaper.

the rooms are very spacious I was staying at inn towne suites cramped up and when I came here I felt soooo comfortable

too many stragglers hanging outside and I saw someone sell drugs to a person who was staying at the suites ! also it was a altercation with a couple to the point Plano police was called!

I liked that it had a kitchenette. The staff was nice. Bed was comfortable.

The fact that there were a lot of dogs made the hotel smell bad. There was dog pee in the elevator. Oh and the barking!!!!!!
