liked stay at this property and Chancy is very nice and he gives great customer service and I wouldn’t revisiting for another stay just in case I need to and I would recommend for anyone else with a family because they have great deals for a nice size double Queen room and I love how there’s a lighting inside the bathroom for you to able see and I like the ideal the motel is right by the hwy that will save you lesser gas as well lol

the city has opened the pool just yet and the ice machine got broken but other than it was a okay experience to stay at this location

The rooms are a tad threadbare, but the beds for my were incredible! It's a comfy place. Staff is short help so they're super busy but also super friendly. Kelly and Janice especially! All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The exterior could be cleaner. Couple newer ice machines would be nice. The cable and wifi are pretty bad. But it's all off Spectrum and not ATT or DISH... but that's a pet peave of mine so don't read into it too much. The only thing really was the pool was out of operation.

They do not serve breakfast that's the only fault I have and a few roaches. Very friendly people . They make you feel very welcome there and if need anything thing else they help there also. Would stay again

Spray for roaches n serve breakfast. When I travel I usually stay at red roof inns and everyone that I stayed at had breakfast .

I like the friendliness of the staff,prices where OK and location and room location was great,Aldo like they 24hour cameras,police presence ,plugs for electric vehicles

The showers needs safety grips in the bottom of the tubes,I as several times for an extra blanket,never received it,housekeeping needs to wipe everything down,spray the room after each guest and mop the darn floor

Stairs from inside needed to be cleaned(was dirty 3 days) handrails on the stairs needed to be cleaned,microwave in the lobby wasn't working,bathroom tubs needs safety strips,room floor wasn't mopped,the room needed To be wiped down,doors and walls where dirty(probably germs),rooms needs to be deodrized after guest

The location was very convenient to the interstate and downtown Plano. Had some car problems during my stay and fortunately there was an auto shop next door.

I couldn't complain about anything really. The desk and housekeeping staff were very pleasant and responsive.

The floor might have been swept a little better. The bedding was fresh and clean, plenty of towels and bath items to freshen up. I use the facility to prepare for regular client meetings and then to sleep before departing the next day. Your staff was able to allow me access the the room early, and I am grateful for that. The property provides a great value for travelers/business people like myself. Thank you for your services!

The price was fair and the bed was very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but I really was impressed with the amenities.

There are parts of the stucco work which are getting worn and showing a few gaps by the door of the room. But otherwise the property seems to be in good shape.

I wanted a non-smokinh room but got a smoking room with a King Sized bed which I wanted.
