I liked the apartment's size

-One-bedroom apartment is comfortable with king-sized bed and one sofa bed -Kitchen has the basics to cook, and better & more equipped than any other apartment hotel I've stayed so far in Saudi Arabia. -There are some mini markets around the neighborhood, and Carefour and Danub supermarkets are with walkable distance. -SAPTCO bus station is about 2km away, and walk to the Dammam cornich but very difficult to cross the busy roads.

-Not much around

Spacious apartment with separate bedroom, living room with couch, kitchen and bathroom. Even though I didn't really need it but there's a even a washing machine and iron/ironing board. Convenient location not far from Corniche and a bus station as I was traveling onwards to Bahrain (both 10-15min walk away).

There was only one large bath towel, a smaller hand towel for bath and/or kitchen would be useful. There was not kettle to boil water for tea (I could have probably asked at the reception).

Very comfortable room. Friendly housekeeping staff. I will stay here again for sure

No mixing bowls or dishes to hold cooked food or salads. We only had crockery and cutlery and pots. Nothing else. This needs to be improved on. Housekeeping also tends to come after 10pm at night not everyone likes being kicked out of bed to have their room cleaned. You also need to request housekeeping service? This is odd. We paid a lot and this should be standard if you ask me. Coffee and tea was only filled once during our stay, but it is meant to be a daily thing . Water was the same,

The hotel location in DAMMAM is the best. Available parking slot. Size of the apartment is good. I like the design of the hotel inside and outside. There was a kitchen in the apartment. Very good price.

There is a smell in the corridor some times. No soup and shampo in the bathroom. No water bottle in the apartment.

No Breakfast from the hotel. But there is a restaurant called Moma's on the ground floor. They serve one of the best breakfasts in town. All done by Ladies. Excellent service and the food. The girls at the reception of the hotel are also very pleasant and good customer service. The House keeping also knows the job very well.

I liked pretty much everything.

Place is neat and clean and the staff are really nice and helpful, we stayed for a week and they provided us with good rooms and upgraded us for free. The restaurant down stairs was a suprise, mamas restaurant it's vibe is amazing

The sun should creep through the window, curtains need to be a bit thicker and cover the whole area do light doesn't come in after a late night sleep

Good customer service and welcoming. Aljohara served us Arabic coffee and dates at the reception as we were checking in.Flexible with checkout time.

Freindly and accomodating staff. Exceptionally clean rooms. Feel larger than they actually are. Really comfortable and homly.

The sinks and taps in the washrooms were small and quickly took up water.

The staff was very friendly and the location and room was outstanding

Everything was up to the expectations
