Amazing staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable

The AC was loud, however, the customer services deputy manager told that they are aware of it and it is only at some identified rooms and they are working on it.

The purpose of my reservation at the hotel was to relax, stay there, and enjoy the hotel’s facilities and services, and because other customer comments praised the room service of this hotel, that is why I chose it, but I was disappointed my first experience was that I asked for ice and wanted to drink cold water ,They received my call with approval and I waited for a while and I didn’t get the ice ,I gave up and drank the warm water and did not use room service again .

The moment I got inside the hotel for check-in, Mr.Qusai welcomed me with a smile and a nice chit-chat. He was super friendly with extreme professionalism. He helped me with check-in procedures in really quick time and provided me with the best sea view room at the 19th floor. The hotel was clean, neat and I really enjoyed my stay there for 3 nights. Never felt anything negative. I didn’t even call the reception guys in these 3 days except at the time of check-out. The break fast was good too. Highly recommended hotel stay.

Internet was super slow. I stayed there for work purpose and I had to connect using my mobile hotspot. Pls look into this.

I want to say I have a very good experience during the time stay in your hotel, as I travel from Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, I got the best hotel I found. Decoration is very good and peoples are very nice, we will coming again if next time travel to Dammam. For the front desk, Mr. Al Waleed, very very good man, he help me to order food from outside because I do not have KSA tel number. I feel so warm when he agree. Thank you for all the staff hard working. but one suggest from my side, breakfast could arranged some Asia type, that will be much more better. Thank you again.

It is located in a very good area, near the cornice, it has free underground parking, a large and small outdoor pool for children and a sauna, all free. The breakfast is very very diversified, they ask you and they serve you with everything you need, we have a child of 1 year and 3 months and he made us happy with everything we needed (baby chair, dishes and plastic cutlery super performance, everything you need for the child). At the reception they help you with everything you need, we didn't have adapters for sockets from Europe and they helped us with their charger. It is a location where you feel really comfortable, relaxed and respected from all points of view.

The location is excellent, near the cornice, it has free underground parking and a large and small pool for children. The breakfast is very rich and varied, the breakfast staff is very good, Sala Uddin is very nice and helped us a lot to make us and our 1-year-old child feel good. At the pool, everything is clean and orderly, the water is good, Sala Uddin served us excellently.

One of the days they forgot to leave towels and toilet paper for cleaning, I think it was intentional on the part of the staff. I called the reception and it was resolved immediately.

The availability of all common facilities

Firstly, they had a massage room but didn’t have a massage technician therefore the room is misleading, secondly they didn’t offer female only hours for the gym and pool… so I wasn’t able to use them due to the fact i am a muslim hijabi women. Which is ridiculous because this is a Muslim country, there should be consideration! Note: I requested a sea view only and was placed in a mostly city view room

This hotel is situated right at the Sails Roundabout in the heart of Dammam, across the road from many food options including Al Baik. The rooms are very modern and feature a couch near the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Persian Gulf. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a shower with good water pressure. A highlight of this hotel was its delicious buffet breakfast which certainly lives up to the Five-Star standard.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud even on the weakest setting, which made it a bit hard to sleep. There was also not much shade around the swimming pool area which makes it very hot to sit around during the warmer months.

We decided to stay in this hotel for a four day vacation in Saudi Arabia and we were not disappointed. The room had all the amenities needed, was very clean and we had a fantastic view of the Dammam Corniche. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of foods from European to Arabic. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mohammed Jaffar, who provided us with tips for Saudi Arabia & Bahrain as well as giving us some insight into Saudi culture. We can definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to come back.

I really appreciated the spacious and clean room, which made our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation.

The response time to guest queries could be improved. During the night, it took a long time to get assistance, possibly due to a shortage of staff. I had to call multiple times to remind them of my request. The location was not perfect, but it was within good reach of the city.
