We LOVED everything about the Hotel de la Plata! It’s one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in (Jr Suite). The lobby is gorgeous with many comfortable and stylish sitting areas. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is located at an intersection of pedestrian only narrow streets with gorgeous clothing shops, local bakeries, and an amazing Iberian sandwich stand. A quick 5 minute walk to the iconic ‘Mushroom’ where you can easily find a cab. Easy walks to most other must-see sights. We chose to eat breakfast daily in the hotel and it was excellent! Gorgeous outdoor courtyard and interior. I will look for other H10 properties in Europe. And I am confident to recommend this one 💯.

Not a thing.

The front desk staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond to help use plan and book a day trip to Cordoba as well as to some of the attractions in Seville. The breakfast room staff were exceptional. After the first day they remembered what we liked to order. They were attentive and so friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. A lot of items to choose from as well as the made to order omelettes and churros. The room was wonderful especially the bathroom. It came equipped with robes and slippers and toiletries for our stay. The rooftop pool was a great treat to relax after a long day of walking around the city. Again the staff were exceptional at the bar. The entire stay was phenomenal.

The property was excellent, the staff was so friendly on arrival we have champagne what was really nice, the staff explained places to go and where they were located they couldn’t do enough for us I give it 10/10, room was really nice the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in and they had different textures of pillows from soft to firm best night sleep I’ve had. Rooftop terrace was lovely when i wanted to chill we spend a few hours in the pool and sunbed what was very comfortable, food was really nice only tried the club sandwich what was amazing I’ve going to a different part of Spain in September and decided to use the same hotel.

From the moment we arrived we felt attended to staff were helpful responsive warm and professional an exceptional experience Every member of the team were sohelpful particularly the reception staff if helping with maps location of places we wanted to see booking tickets and generally superb Great breakfast the pool and roof bar perfect in the heat,the hotel is perfectly located for all main attractions bars shops and wandering aimlessly in the evening to take in local life must mention the fantastic bathroom and WC !

O thing to com0lain about though water in room could be replenished oerhaps

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at H10 Casa de la Plata. The staff were welcoming, friendly and polite and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The central location enabled us to walk to places of interest and restaurants. Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was an added bonus, particularly in 30degree heat. The buffet breakfast was enticing and included a wide variety of food beautifully presented. Providing each guest with personal tongs was appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I loved how the property looked, it felt tranquil even though in the middle of a busy central location.The staff especially Gorje and Borje was very helpful and gave you a guide to Seville and really took their time to help you with any questions. I absolutely loved the rooftop pool- on the day I arrived it was really hot and got to use this. The vibe up there was really nice with spectacular views. I also really loved the breakfast you could have made to order eggs and pancakes, I really enjoyed sitting in the courtyard it was absolute bliss. The room was cleaned everyday, the rain shower was wonderful and they give you a toiletry kit and the complimentary coffee in the room was a nice touch. This was my first solo trip and the hotel made it wonderful. I would gladly come back again.

Nothing it was excellent.

Excellent helpful staff, especially reception who spoke excellent english and gave good tips for getting tickets and facilitated bookings. Hotel well equipped, stylish and clean. Greeted by a glass of fizz! Very central location in old town, pedestrian access only but they arranged a taxi and carried our suitcases to meet it. Absolutely would book again and will look for their other hotels in future.

Lack of view as old city centre, Booking.com says city views which is misleading. Hotel itself says steet view which is more accurate. Only negative we found.

The staff were friendly and helpful, although upon arrival we were given a room with twin beds put together and made up separately rather than made up as a double bed. This was a bit surprising when we had always requested a double bed. The bed was made up as a double by our second night.

The view from our window and from the pleasant roof top wasn't great, in that it wasn't spectacular as we experienced at our hotel in Rome last year. That said, it was ok if you weren't comparing!

The staff were lovely from start to finish. The hotel was decorated nicely and the breakfast had loads of options.

Due to the pool being small but with a lot of guest, it got dirty quickly (with sun lotion, bugs, etc). I’d recommend making the filters stronger or at least making the sign saying it’s necessary to shower before and after using the pool bigger. Not all guests showered and it showed.

The Location is perfect. Just behind Setas de Sevilla and only short pleasant walk to Alcazar and Cathedral. Hotel is pretty new with very interesting lobby area. Rooftop bar with swimming pool is amazing with a bar open even in December. Room was modern classic with smart toilet(!) and massive shower. Breakfast area very nice with superb breakfast and excellent staff service. All together its a pretty new hotel, with modern classic style, very nice decor and great facilities. However the most we did like was the service from from a reception staff. We have been shown where to go, where to eat and what to do on our weekend stay. All advices were really good! Do recommend this Hotel for Sevilla stay.
