Nice pool, shower, close to beach, breakfast

1. TV - needs upgrade 2. Hair dryer - needs upgrade 3. Gym- why the extra fee? 4. No activities in the resort. Would be a lot better if there are things to do- dancing, Zumba, games like pool table/ table hockey/ ping pong etc 5. No Disclosure on booking about beach Mat/towels etc. 6. Government fees were not clear, one says one thing on entry, and front desks say another on check out 7. No designated spa room for massage

Staff very kind and very helpful all the time, for them a 10. Ready for everything. We had included breakfast which was quite good. Location also very good. Easy 2 minutes to be with the feet in the sea. Also to go more in the center is just 10 minutes, either the main road or the beach. Trycicle very easy to have in front of the hotel all day Poolside very nice, comfortable.

It's a 5 stars but maybe some little details don't make it 100% perfect. Some little maintenance on small things. Two examples: the wc had a plastic covers instead of ceramic. The buttons where you press to flush were used and paint wore off. Also the on the botton of the bridge in the pool you could see some cement holes. Small details that make it less impressing.

Excellent service!!! All the staff from the guards to the front desk and service crew were all great and warm but professional We are blessed that they allowed us to check in early! Kudos to Ms. Ronalyn for her excellent customer service. The location was great and accessible. For me, this is the best Hennan hotel because of its facility. It has bigger space compared with other Hennan’s.

It has bad smell in our toilet.

Beautiful resort situated right in the centre of boracay. The private path to the beach meant access to the main shops, restaurants and beach was very easy. They had an abundance of facilities available which were very good.

Some of the reception staff felt a bit impersonal but understand there are constantly people speaking to the desk so can be a bit hectic.

Workers were all so nice. Especially Jared at the pool bar. The private pool access was so wonderful. Food was delicious. Beaches were all beautiful.

The mode of transportation was tiring. It would have been nice if the hotel website stated this but it isnt their fault. We had to take a taxi, to a ferry, to another taxi to get to the hotel. It should be stated that it is the only way to get to the hotel. Also, we were told that the rooms with private pool access were the only ones to use that pool but everyone else was coming to it, which made it crowded. Only two smoking areas.

The breakfast was amazing x The pool is in excellent condition x ALL FACILITIES WERE BERY CLEAN

The bed was very low not good for taking my girlfriend’s virginity other than that, the blood stains came out of the sheets easily

We had an excellent time at the Henann Garden. Staff were helpful and courteous, good location for the beach, and main strip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was nice, breakfast was great and tasty! The massages were awesome! thank you to all the staff. We stayed in the direct access to the pool room which was amazing and worth the extra.

Wi-Fi was so unreliable. It really made it difficult for us. There was also a charge for the use of the gym, which, considering the price paid, should be included in the reservation!

Whats not like? Everything was awesome. Lovely staff. Location is in the middle of station 2 , dead center of the island. Did I mentioned lovely staff? Lovely staff! Food is great! Lovely staff! Hotel looks very luxurious and eye pleasing. Good aesthetics. Lovely staff!! Pools are nice , pool bar, massages by the pool , island activities representative right at the lobby , very convinient. Bottom line , if i ever visit borocay again this is the only place I'll come back to , no wish to try other places. If anyone from the staff reads this , thank you guys! You are the best! ❤️

Nothing important , only thing odd was we werent allowed to bring "take out" food into the hotel. I guess because some of them leave harsh smells/stains that are hard to remove , but it could be lovely to enjoy a pizza in our room.

Wish there were more food choices. The massage therapist took upon herself of charging me extra 100 pesos for the massage which totalled to 700. Which supposed to be 600. I was going give her more tip but she got ahead of herself. Lastly, there were rude gay people hanging out at KFC and one of them pinched one of the Korean guests of Henann Garden. It was kind of intimidating in a way.

Breakfast was buffet style and good, though there were often lengthy queues and popular items such as bacon were dived on and each batch disappeared pretty fast. Filipinos are not generally fast moving, so neither were the queues!! The room was near reception so it's a lengthy walk to the beach from here in particular, but the room itself was very roomy, clean and with a good bathroom/ shower. No noise from next door through the walls. Wine at the pool not over priced (around 1300 pesos or £20). The pool areas were varied and superbly maintained. All in all a very good choice for a stay in Station 2, Boracay.

Long queues at breakfast even if you get there before 7am, the lack of Cappucino as a standard chocie at breakfast (never understand why mid upper range hotels think a Cappucino should be additional on top of a healthy price for a room. Not used to having my room checked before the deposit is returned.. not what I would expect having paid with a credit card, though have had this before in Boracay.
