Friendly staff only too willing to help. Breakfast a pleasant experience. Position could not be better, central and close to lifts. Double glazing stopped any noise. Bathroom with large shower was excellent. Friendly staff in ski locker area.

Can feel a little isolated with language barrier, but could always find someone who could speak English.

The location was perfect, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which was really convenient if you travel with kids. Within a few steps you'll be at the centre of the town with shops, cafes, restaurants and the infamous Arlberg Wellcom. Parking is also uncomplicated with their own garage. The breakfast has everything that you need. But on top of everything was the heart-warming and welcoming hospitality of Michael and the team. They were so helpful and accommodating during our 3 nights stay there.

Because of the centre location it could be a little loud at the morning if you sleep with the window open.

What a fantastic hotel! Thomas, Michael and the team were amazing and so helpful. The rooms were a really good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with an extensive buffet with lots of choice. The hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of St Anton with direct access to multiple lifts. Exceeded all expectations. The hotel location is perfect very close to Galzigbahn and Rendlbahn ski lifts. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly big and very clean and the breakfast is diverse and delicious.

A SPA in the hotel would have been nice.

Fantastic location in the best customer service. I’ve experienced in Saint Anton. Nice breakfast in a lot of helpful facilities. Really enjoyed the ski storage and ability to wax and sharpen the skis. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in a great location. Very nicely decorated, friendly staff, very good breakfast and a great shower! What’s not to like?

I liked absolutely everything. To sum it up - this is by far and large the best hotel service I have ever had in my whole lifetime and I've been to many upscale hotels around the world. I have never seen such a friendly and helpful staff, ready to assist on every single issue from booking dinner in restaurants to organizing helicopter tour etc... No words are sufficient to describe the level of service one gets in this hotel. Undoubtedly 11/10!!!

Oke lets start from the beginning. After making 200 bookings trough booking.com sometimes you find a lovely small and secret hotel at this website. For sure Pepis Skihotel is such a hotel and the best we stayed in 2021. Before our stay I asked if they can reserve a EV charging place (no problem!). The room is spacious, the hosts are wonderful and the breakfast is great. Very nice parking garage with 3 Tesla destination chargers (free of charge). After 7 nights there is nothing I can mention that was not good at this hotel. Without a doubt will we stay here the next time.
