The staff is kind, professional, helpful in any situation. They made the stay special. The interior was made with love and detail. The breakfast is fresh and always filled immediately. Thr staff is open to other requests and eager to fulfill them if possible.

The guest house is beautiful. The view is not. It is surrounded by many large buildings and the view from the small balcony is soley on the stoney backyards. But the guest house is well located: short walk to the beach, plenty of good restaurants nearby, shopping possibilities, and a supermarket at the next corner.

The owner put so much love into this hotel. She calls it her happy place and it truly is!! As soon as you come in you feel welcomed and everything looks super cute! The rooms as amazing and as well thoughtfully decorated and super clean. The breakfast is just yummy! Every evening I asked my husband if he knows what I’m excited for … the answer was for the breakfast the coming morning. On our last day we did not have time for breakfast due to our early flight and she even prepared us a little something to go. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. We loved it so so much.

Breakfast was Excellent. Couldn't have been Better. Staff were so efficient. Barbara the receptionist plus helped in restaurant. Was the most loveliest young lady. Helped us with everything. Where to eat. Transport. Anything we asked her she was always available Family owned business. Met the Auntie. Granddad. Dad. Etc. Would have preferred a front bedroom. We didn't ask. But would next time.

Location was ideal for the beach and restaurants of all kinds. Parking was ok. The staff in reception and breakfast room were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.with good choices. The cleaning staff were very friendly also, wishing us well on our journey.when we left. The room was a good size with all necessary facilities. Hera restaurant cook the best sardines.

I have been to Pera many times in the past, it has become more commercial which is a shame.The only criticism of the hotel would be slightly over priced for a one night stay.

Lovely room, was spotless, towels and bedding changed every day, staff so friendly and helpful. Great location 2 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was lovely although continental there was a good choice and it was all fresh and beautifully presented. Cooked eggs and bacon were also available on request, would highly recommend. 😁😁

Nothing really!! Unfortunately the view from the balcony was not great but that is something that can't be changed.

The property is owner/managed, and they take great pride in making sure that everything is cared for. The welcome is always warm & friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the breakfast selection is perfectly adequate. There is a small 'mini-mart' just a couple of minutes walk away for any items you need, and the promenade/beach are less than 5 mins walk away.

It's possible that this hotell/B&B provided me with the friendliest and best service I've ever encountered. The staff were attentive and helpful in a very genuine way. It was obvious to me during my stay that this place is very well managed and that the staff enjoy their work. I couldn't recommend this place more.

The view from my room was a parking lot, but with such close vicinity to the beach, nature and everything else this is not something that affected my stay. I spent most of my time out and about and in nature, not in the hotell.

Amazing little hotel very close to the beach (200m). What makes it amazing? The owners, who are there for you anytime, helping you with any asks and having a smile all the time they see you. On the other hand the hotel seems to be brand new, having a lovely atmosphere. Rooms are nice and cleaned every day. Breakfast is nice with high quality food (fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, etc). Location is great, close to the beach and to restaurants.

Not a big thing but would suggest to have proper coffee for breakfast. Nescafe machine just does not match the quality of other foods/drink offered. But this is really a minor thing.

Everything positive that has been written in the previous reviews is true. The hosts are truly dedicated to ensuring that everything is as perfect as possible, to allow you to enjoy your vacation time. The owners/family are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was simple. The breakfast choice was enough, with plenty of fresh fruits, juices and homemade cakes every morning. Ana was very kind in chasing up a restaurant reservation on our behalf, and made a number of telephone calls until the desired result was achieved.

The breakfast is so good and everyday is fresh and very home made they make you feel so at home, relax and enjoying your great meal. The owner and the stuff are very hands on there guess, they are sweet and very accomodating super approachable.

Nothing, everything is so great and nice they have a very cozy and relaxing accomodation it is a good hotel, theres only one small concern with regards to the bathroom when the water leack outside from the shower area since they are not putting any stopper, but so far everything is good.
