despite an extremely busy hotel,restaurant,bars my room was really soundproof and I could sleep like a baby, just as I wanted as I was really tired and needed a break from driving on a long road trip.The room was great, clean and stilish, just a bit pricey.The location ,too was great ,near the motorway and with a pond full of frogs , it was a cute spot.Inside there were a lot of facilities: a restaurant, a bar, a shop.

as the room was quite pricey they could have included at least a kettle and some snack (such as an invidually wrapped biscuit) and some tea bags.These cost very little and they elevate the quality of the impression of the room as people can have a cup of tea in their own room . Yes, there was a bar,a shop and a restaurant within the hotel.However the staff that was managing the hotel reception was also managing the bar and the shop and the queue was extremely long.If you had to check in or check out , or pay for 1 tea/coffee o buy a bottle of water you all had to be in the very long queue so having the chance to make a cup of tea in the room would have saved all this hassle and made a good impression

Perfect stop over next to the motorway. Rooms were so quiet. Very comfy beds.

The restaurant attached was basic but okay. Waitress was very grumpy and impatient wanting our orders. Breakfast had a good selection but at 7am things were running out and not replaced at all.

Hotel was excellent and very clean Simon the receptionist was fantastic very helpful the only down side is it's on the motorway services my fault for not spotting on booking but it was a little busy and car park not very secure with it been on services.

On services

Very convenient stop over hotel based in a private service station. The room, despite being next to the motorway, was quiet with excellent sound proofing. The restaurant was good. The staff were welcoming and high quality

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel

On the highway. In my specific situation it was ideal

Shower water kept going from hot to cold to super hot. Burned my back a little bit. Plus the shower head doesn’t hang well on the wall so I had to hold it the hole time

This hotel was in a great location for an overnight stop on our return to the UK from skiing. We were apprehensive about how noisy it would be as it is just by the side of the motorway, but we couldn't hear a thing. Rooms were of a good size, beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered a simple but decent selection.

Shower head in Room 108 wouldn't stay up. so we had to hand hold the shower head. The water temperature kept fluctuating from scalding to freezing cold in both of the rooms we had.

Easily accessible, good parking and range of amenities. Helpful, polite staff.

Pet friendly hotel but pets not allowed in general area

Everything was OK, except the connecting door to the next room

To stay in a room with a connecting door to the next room which couldn't be safety locked from my side

all well but the total hotel site did not appear very loved - breakfast ok but appeared to be out of a packet - resturant was OK when they eventually opened and got organised

Reception desk & Security arrangements for cars

Everything else was great. Lovely staff, nice to be in the service station, good food, comfortable room and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Car park didn't feel that safe as it was very dark - would be nicer to be able to park in the service station I think (or make improvements to the car park).
