Internet (Wifi) was working. This room had a better quality Television. This room was located near the lobby. Overall, it was a much better stay than the previous room.

Poor Desk Clerk Service. Rude employees. Breakfast attendants act strange and just stare. They seem agitated that you are there. Very unwelcoming. There was male employee behind the desk, leaned back in his chair, with his head back, sleep. Guest are walking pass and the desk clerk is in a deep sleep. The front desk clerks seem to be only interested in an ID and a form of payment. They find it difficult answering any other questions regarding the stay.

I stayed in this very same room before and it was much cleaner this time, there were no roaches crawling around when I turned the light on, the put a plate in the microwave which was excellent because before the plate was missing. The breakfast food is always nice and fresh coffee is available.

There were no ashtrays for a smoking room and they always have ashtrays and when I went to the front desk to ask for one, the young man asked another woman about it and he said to use the lid to the coffee cup which is made out of plastic and could be dangerous. I end up using some foil I had a sandwich wrapped in and a cup of water to put it out. The fridge could have been colder, before when I was there it actually was and there was a broken shelf piece inside and I didn’t know where it belonged so I left it alone. The still is no Wi-Fi connection even though it says quality inn to connect you cannot connect from your room and that’s a very big problem I think you have to be in the dining area to connect so I had to connect using my own phone which will run up my bill.

I enjoyed the location. The nearby shops and restaurants. We really liked the Belgian Waffles, Coffee, and Juice, during breakfast. The fact that it was non-smoking was a major plus!

No Internet Service(Wifi). I was shocked to learn that the Quality Inn did not have working Internet Service (Wifi). We were unable to use the Internet Service(Wifi) the entire stay. We were given at 1-800 number to call at the front desk. After a phone call to the 1-800 number provided, there was still no Internet Service(Wifi). Staff was unable to answer many of our questions with clear answers.

I chose this hotel because it is convenient and reasonably affordable for when I come to town to visit my sick son. They are very accommodating because I chose the wrong room on the app and they fixed it for me. The rooms are getting better the more I come back to stay.

I didn’t like the adjoining room it made me very nervous and the guest that checked in the second night I was there were very loud and kept going in and out screaming in the parking lot. Also there were numerous hairs in the shower and on the sick it could have been cleaner.

Location was close to where I needed to go. Room was quiet. Housekeeping did not bother us while we were there.

TV did not work. Reported it. No one came to fix it. Phone in room didn't work. Smoke detector didn't blink to let you know if it was working or not. JBed was a little firm for me. Bathroom was small to me. Toilet was very low. Tub was very high. One grab bar at the front of the shower. Room smelled like smoke when we arrived.

This was my second stay here at this hotel and I had a better room this, it was much cleaner and the bed was very comfortable.

Although the room was much cleaner there is a roach problem, they were all over the nightstand and a few in the bathroom area and I had to make sure everything was in ziplock bags and my suitcases were closed up I didn’t want to bring any home!!

The hotel is very clean, it has a location near a shopping center. Parking is free, the rooms are very clean, the housekeeping is very friendly, I would recommend it to my family and friends.

I liked the hotel, i have no bad comments about the hotel, my stay at the hotel was excellent.

Staff Complain:when I go to rest and went to reception, l forgot my ID,and the person,a man informed him that he did not have my ID, and told me that he could not do anything,l have a reservation and he ignored me without professionalism,l have to return for my ID it did not give me any option (my questions is) what would have happened if l had really lost my ID,reservation also,the payment for the night was already pay by PayPal,l need to know what is the response to this incident was 05-28-22 l need the answer:(646)4201299 [email protected],l nedd to talk to the person in charge of the highest position,l want to know the answer please Thankyou.

Location was great. Grab bar on shower. Microwave and fridge worked great.

Second night, somebody somewhere was playing music from 2am-4:15am. Broke up my sleep. Also the toilet was very low. Bathroom was cramp.

Location was great for what we needed to do. It was quiet. Staff were okay. They had breakfast, but we didn't go there. Oh and they're air conditioner works really well.

The refrigerator didn't work. I called the office and they gave us another. Some smoke holes in the comforter. No real issues.
