great hotel to stay especially with family, loved indoor pool, fitness center and that they offer breakfast.

was disappointed to find terrible smelling trash still in the kitchen can, table leg was loose, bathroom sink stopper stuck and lamp shade disconnected. also tv remote was missing, found later in the fold up sofa bed. this was shocking because the first location we stay at was excellent nothing but praise for the Harrisburg location. notified staff employee who never responded to action being taken, i.e will review with housekeeping, never addressed the issues presented. I find this to be unprofessional.

The hotel layout was nice and easy. There are 3 entrances into the building. Elevators are easily accessible. The room was spacious and visually appealing. I like there was Velcro on the back of the remote, it was never misplaced. The shower was nice and the bathroom was clean. The entire facility smelled great and was clean. I enjoyed going to their gym, as there were fresh towels available on a rack, cold water cooler, disinfectant wipes and the workout equipment was up to date. There is also a laundry area to wash clothes if need be. Love that option!! The pool area was not too busy and the water was nice and warm. A towel rack was also available in the indoor pool area. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The room was extremely cold. The heat was not an option. Breakfast was limited. I, personally, am not a fan of a lot of bread for breakfast. [ ie. muffins, bagels, toast, Belgium waffle, sandwich buns] I wish there was more of a hot breakfast as an option [ ie scrambled eggs, pork - turkey - chkn sausage , turkey - beef - ckhn bacon, has browns ] The breakfast was somewhat lackluster. They did have these cute little quiche cups which were tasty. But I think the breakfast could have displayed more effort. Also because the rooms are sooo cold, please have a heavier blanket upon the bed. I was cold the entire stay. I had to put on extra layers of clothing.

It was very clean and well located. The checkout is at noon, which gives enough time to prepare, especially with kids. The pool was open, that was awesome! They have parking.

The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle. So glad you have your own parking lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice! A lot bigger and roomier than I thought it would be. Coffee was always hot and delicious! Glad you had flavored coffee creamer. Although the gym was small, my son used it the few days we were there and it was always available. Very clean Hotel and modern.

The breakfast was ok. Your basic hotel breakfast. Sausage could have been cooked longer/browner. There was an advertisement in elevator for a bfast with potatoes and I saw NO potatoes at the buffet. Also, I wanted to use the pool but the pool water seemed "cloudy". Usually a pool is a nice clear blue this to me was not. Disappointed... A little pricey...

We have stayed at this hotel before. This was our 2nd time and everything was great again! Here is our list of positive things during our stay... Big shout out to Angie at the front desk for helping us check in. She is awesome! The hotel was super clean. Everyone was so nice! I mean everyone! Even the other guests... Great price. Very spacious room. Nice pool. Quiet location. Decent free breakfast. Pet friendly. Easy to get to and easy access to everything. Very clean! I know I mentioned that, but I feel that is very important! Ect ect ect! And now the negatives... ZERO! We will continue to stay at this hotel when in the area.

This was one of the BEST hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. There was plenty of room, a room divider, plenty of places to hang clothes, towels, etc. The room was clean and well- maintained, It was great to have the kitchenette in the room. Free coffee and apples are always available in the lobby 👍

I would have liked the sausage patties to be more well done - they looked like they were microwaved.

The staff is so hospitable and willing to be flexible with my frequent requests. I am known by name and know most at front desk by name

I was disappointed to see that Mia is no longer employed. For the first time, I had a less than perfect interaction with a front desk employee. I had never seen him before in all my visits there. Fanyos saved the day eventually.

free parking is always a plus and the breakfast was excellent. I'd come back for those 2 things alone. Room was nice and spacious, and I didn't think I'd use the sink as much as I did. Pillows were a little worn and need to be replaced but besides that, the room was great. Complementary tea and coffee are perfect for a cold, chilly, fall day.

My first nights stay was a very good first time experience. The place was noticeably clean and smelled nice and fresh. I also took note to how clean the white towels looked, as I appreciate cleanliness. The front desk clerk was very welcoming. She even called me to make me aware that I left my hair luggage downstairs during check in. My stay was so pleasant that I added a second night, which was also a great experience. However, when I returned the third night….it was new staff, new experience, and I will update you on that as well.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like the first two days because that would be me not telling the truth. If I just had to say anything at all, I would say to have more washers and dryers. It’s only two on the premises. Other than that my first two nights were amazing.
