The area was okay for the night, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no food at the location, so she directed us to a good spot. The room was a good size, a bit dated, and no charging ports, just wall outlets.

The tub didn't drain water properly. there were no charging ports for electronics.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient for our trip as a stop on the way home. Tom, who was at Reception when we arrived, was very helpful, friendly and assisted us with various queries we had. We would definitely stay here again

The room was clean, which is my most important thing. The man working the desk was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I would have gotten his name. We really enjoyed our overnight stay.

It was currently under construction, but when it’s all finished I’m sure it’s going to be lovely.

The hotel is still under renovation but the staff was exceptional. Can't wait to come back when all is completed. Reasonable price for what we had. The continental breakfast was satisfactory.

it was under construction so the pool was closed as was the breakfast area, although you could check off something on a paper for a muffin or whatever. also it was next to a highway. unfortunately I hadn’t checked my confirmation until the day we checked in so I couldn’t cancel which I definitely would have. we canceled our second night and went elsewhere.

The property was actually very clean. I don’t really understand these other reviews. The room was clean and cozy, fridge and microwave in the room, and a nice tv as well. breakfast was very nice as well with waffles, muffins, and juices.

First time staying @ the hotel. All through Covid we stayed in all the hotels except this one (it was always booked)-that's why! Our treks up NH/Maine are always when we can so it's sporadic. Check in, the room was quiet and comfy and beds were comfy! Very clean. Bathroom a tad small/tight, That they cannot do anything about*. They have cold/hot breakfast with delicious orange juice and hot waffles and my husband is a coffee guy and he really liked the hot coffee, so that says alot*!! We travel up Portsmouth frequently, this hotel is great, your stay will be great! Enjoy!!

NA. Loved the visit. Hubby didn't work this weekend, we'd be going back up to Portsmouth!!

The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was a good bonus. The price was attractive.

Looked like there was some constructions and some area smelled bad. At least it did nit smell in our room.
