This property is right opposite the skyline plaza building which is a shopping mall. There are a lot of eating places, good restaurants, shops and public transportation is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, warm enough and comfortable.

Great staff, great hotel and great location. The staff were very helpful at check-in with friendly attitude and ready to assist with all questions. Due to my late arrival they also assisted with providing a delivery service website that delivers till 2am since there is no restaurant in the hotel. The room itself was nice with a comfortable bed and extra pillows. It had a kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room (and you can also get it from the lobby for free) along with a mini fridge. In terms of location it was just across the street from Skyline Plaza that is a nice shopping (and food) destination. Bus stop is just around the corner (2 mins walk) with line M46 that takes you to the main station. From the other side theres tram stop (8 mins walk) which has many lines, and #11 takes you to the city center easily.

Good location right next to the Frankfurt fairgrounds and a mall with a good variety of shopping and dining options - including a supermarket. Well-equipped kitchenette. Helpful and responsive staff.

Could have been cleaner - there was a thick layer of dust under the beds in both rooms we rented. Also the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim. Handles of kitchen cabinets with sharp corners sticking out weirdly, resulting in painful experience for a 175cm tall person trying to do anything around the kitchen worktop / sink.

In my third stay at this property--the first post-Covid, I was once again welcomed by a friendly and very helpful staff, a comfortable and well-appointed studio apartment including kitchen, and the convenience of being only a very short distance from the Messe entrance as well as the Skyline Shopping Mall.

The property is gradually showing slight signs of its age--while overall extremely well-maintained, there was a shelf missing from the fridge and no manual with instructions for the (sometimes complex) operation of the appliances. Lighting in this particular room was very dim--absolutely insufficient illumination to be able to read in bed--I don't recall that being the case for my previous stays. While I can hardly blame the property, a change in the Fair's location of its entrance gates this year meant that entering (but nor exiting) the Fair entailed a five or six minute longer walk.

Location is great, you're only 2.5km from the old town and the metro is a short walk from the hotel. You have a lot of restaurants around and the big skyline plaza in front of you with shopping and foodcourt. Place was clean and they have an underground parking ( 19 euros a day ) but very safe. We got a nice upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had a great view over the skyline plaza.

A bit more variety in the breakfast hot food but it was still very good. The food was fresh.

Very nice space. The mattress was comfortable. The sound proofing of the room was perfect, and it was a very peaceful stay. The large window with a city view was lovely. The kitchen was brilliant and the bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel is in a nice quiet location and great access to city centre with the tram nearby, and to the airport. The local shopping centre is brilliant.

We didn't like the pillows. They are very large and full of air! And the pillow case is open so they have the habit of sliding out. 2 soft flatter pillows would be more comfortable. TV is slightly dated with lots of channels not working.

The location of the hotel is perfect for concerts/ the marathon or sites like the Senkenberg museum. It is across the street from the new shopping center Skyline Plaza and offers underground parking. The building and rooms are new and are nicely equipped. You need your room key to enter the building and go upstairs in the elevator. We felt super safe. We booked a studio with kitchen. It is great with kids for making breakfast, lunch or dinner. Therefore, we cannot comment on the offered breakfast. The hotel offers free coffee and chocolate milk all day in the common area downstairs. It makes you feel comfortable and welcome to hang around. The bathroom in our studio looked a bit old fashioned with the combined shower/bathtub, but for kids it is perfect.

Overall, the hotel is great. Some smaller things can be improved. The towels are quite thin and not so comfortable. In the kitchen there are a few items missing, like little forks and cereal bowls. There are three to four items of each, so either the dishwasher needs to run several times or people need to wash the dishes. Both options are not the most ecological solution. The programs of the dishwasher are not visible. Each room offers 3 pillows, but all of them are quite big and stiff. Softer alternatives would be great. Underground parking is available, but shared with MotelOne, so you need to pass by the reception first to buy your ticket (18€ per night) to enter.

The hotel is clean and modern and the apartments are stylish, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free teas and coffees are a nice plus.

The breakfast is fine if a little basic and the hotel doesn't have a bar or a restaurant, however the apartments have a kitchen area and there is a Rewe supermarket nearby, so I quite enjoyed doing a little self-catering.

It was an amazing location with a nice clean apartment that was very pretty cool near the skyline plaza in addition, the staff was proactive and kind to guests

The room was very nice. The hotel is located somewhat close to the train station, however, we had to walk around 15 minutes to arrive with our suitcases. There were some restaurants close by where we had a nice steak and a very nice soup. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. A nice gesture was that they offered free coffee and tea from the dining area at all times.

There was some noise from the next door room which we could hear through the walls or the connected door. The breakfast was quite small and there was not much variety of food compared to other similar hotels we've stayed at. The hotel doesn't have a microwave to heat things such as oats and milk etc. Some of the staff didn't speak very good English which made it difficult to communicate.
