Location is close to university and the staff are helpful. Very clean. Well maintained.
The bathroom exhaust fan brings foul smell inside. Once this problem is fixed it will be a great place.

good location and nice room. you can walk down to Sete Rios station (10-15mins). Towels were replaced everyday. A water bottle was complimental. A microwave, electorical stove, fridge and dish washer were available.
At the reservation, my late check-in (1am) was rejected. After several corresponding my request was accepted. Actually there is nobody at the apartment and technically I could check-in 24 hours. It was no use to reject at all. The location is good but there is a bar on the ground floor, open until midnight. Sometimes it was very noisy. I was on a higher floor and was acceptable but it wouldn't be on the lower floor. As many people comment, the fan smells bad. It was not because of the room but the building I guess.

The room was spacious, comfortably accommodating myself, my wife and our adult son. With a large bathroom, our few nights there were particularly enjoyable.
One day, an unpleasant smell filled our room. I promptly reported it to the housekeeping /manager on phone. Surprisingly, they said they'd address it the next day. Luckily, the smell disappeared on its own. Still, I found their delayed response quite strange and off-putting.

1) Super detailed apartment: you named it, they have it. 2) Have towels, handtowels, rug, hairdryer, hand-wash, shower gel, hair shampoo, 2 big mirrors (one at the entrance of the room, one inside the bathroom). 3) Have big big wardrobe which they provide safe, one hanger, one iron, one iron board, and the best is one cloth- hanging rack. Such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. 4) The kitchen is the best. There are pots, pans, wine glass, coffee cups, spatula, strainers, bowls, plates, forks, spoons, scissors, coffee maker, kettle, water jug x2, toasters, fridges. So so so many things that I am feel like at home. 5) Easy check-in at the main entrance machine. 6) Nearby has tons of eateries. The door besides the lift is actually linked to Zahir Kebab next door.. 7) There is one small dining table for us to eat, another small round lower table to put your things. One sofa. One queen bed with two side tables. There are a lot of sockets, so don't worry. Lighting is perfectly good. 8) Near to bus station, if metro, will be 15mins walk to Entre-campos. 9) Super spacious room, and you have plenty of space to put everything. Basically I am over the moon for able to stay at here. I love here!!!

We liked the comfortable, clean and nicely decorated room with many amenities. The price was good too. The area is decent with mini markets and small restaurants. We had to ask for help at the check in because our old ID cards cannot be scanned. A lady from the hotel came immediately and helped us.
The disadvantages are thar during the day you can hear the airplanes going to the airport. During the night there are less flights and if you close the windows it's ok. We didn't like the fact that the last two days they didn't put a kitchen towel at all and that the lockers keys didn't work. We complained at the reception and via email and they said that it's responsibility of the clients. Yeah sure but the hotel cannot ask for two euros per locker when the locker doesn't lock at all! We lost 4 euros and we had to be stressed for the security of our luggages for the whole day (we had a midnight flight). Fortunately they weren't stolen as all luggages by other clients too were left unlocked in the lockers.

Small, but very nice place, kitchen with all needed tools, fridge, air-conditioner, safe deposit box. Everything clean, every day cleaning service. Communication with Apartments Team was quick and they solved all issues in a few days. I was affraid of check-in process on the place, but it was with no problem, only a little bit long. Also invoice for my employer was no problem to create.
The Apartments are located in the flight corridor, so you could hear plane noize in approx. an every ten minutes (in a late night no planes). Also I had to pay Tax municipal for two even I was there only alone (for a business trip), I don't understand why.

I chose LSA due to its proximity to the University. Given this I liked the location. The neighborhood covers all basic needs. The metro station for the centre is in a 5-10 min. walking distance. The cost of a taxi service from Baixa/riverbank never exceeded 10 euro. This is to say that LSA could be attractive to tourists seeking budget accommodation despite the distance from the center. The room was standard, but I appreciated its coffee/kitchenette facilities, the daily service, and the tranquility of the house.
I would like a bit bigger table for my needs, but I doubt this concerns many guests.

I liked this absolutely digital self check in/check out. The apartment is nice and cosy, very clean, had everything we needed for our one night stand. Close to the apartment you can find groceries and restaurants. There is a kitchen in the room so you can cook something for yourself.
Very thin walls, the airport is close so you can hear the planes (but we always take with us ear plugs when we travel, so slept well). I didn’t like that there are no walls in the shower (though they are on the pictures), because when you take shower, water is everywhere on the floor, trash can and a toilet. And it doesn’t dry through the night (

We liked almost everything. A cozy, bright room with the option to make it completely dark, which is great for those who, like us, enjoy sleeping in the morning.
The bathroom door doesn't close at all, so it's basically nonexistent, meaning you'll need "to take care of business" in front of your partner. So, be prepared for that! 😅 I'm also deducting a star because the bottle had tap water, which was pretty silly since you can definitely taste it. I don't understand why they would cut costs at the expense of guests' health. It didn’t bother us much, but if you're sensitive to noise, you'll hear the loud sound of planes flying overhead every five minutes, as the apartments are very close to the airport.

The location is OK, there are food choices in the area, and a market close by, but the physical location requires you to take the subway in order to reach the majority of Lisbon. One very positive note: Housekeeping somehow lost one of my hearing aids which was on the kitchen table. After searching the room, I tracked down the cleaners, and got no answers. The housekeeping manager just happened to be on site, and after doing a thorough check of the room, left with another housekeeper. At this point I expected it to be lost in the trash. A few minutes later, they show up at the door with the hearing aid. It had somehow gone from the kitchen table to the bedsheets, and they were able to locate it. She really did what she could to make it right.
