The staff were great. Catherine (I believe her name) worked out a booking issue over the phone and was very friendly and patient with me. Steven was very friendly and showed much concern for the success of my stay.

Although the bathroom was spacious, there was no counter to put my bathroom items on. Being a pet friendly, at no extra charge, there were plenty of waste bags and bins, but many of the customers refused to use them.

The room was well kept, everything was clean. It was convenient to have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room itself. The coffee in the morning in the office was excellent. The staff was friendly, informative, and personable.

The air conditioner was a little loud when the compressor came on. There was a clicking noise coming from the bathroom.

The room was very clean, bathroom spotless. Carefully maintained. We stayed at the Wingate in Chattanooga on the way to Florida, paid the same but not as nicely maintained as this one. Felt like we received very good value. If the next Red Roof is as good as this one, we will probably use them exclusively.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was somewhat tight to move around. The location was excellent close to where I needed to be, with plenty of shopping and eating.

The bathroom might need to be bigger. the air conditioning unit was too loud and might need replacement.

Very clean room! Plenty of towels! Located conveniently to shopping and restaurants.

A few guests seemed unkempt, homeless appearing. However, I was never approached by anyone and the motel was very quiet and peaceful. Room was small with no table and only one chair.

Convenient, travelling with my 4-legged babies, just wish everyone would pick up after theirs...you even provide bags to do so, and they still don't. They are the ones that ruin it for us responsible owners.

Nice clean room, just a bit on the small side

We came to stay for the Country Thunder music event and wanted a place close, but not super expensive since we wouldn't spend much time at the hotel. Wasn't expecting much but got the total opposite! Called for an early check in for about an hour prior to check in time and was told we could check in as early as we wanted! Gave us much more time to get ready. Staff was very friendly, quick check in upon arriving and rooms were very clean! Parking was great, lot very well lit, and not any outside noise to disturb us at all although you're very close to everything. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely visit again for the concert in 2023!

Slight cigarette smell coming from bathroom vent although rooms and grounds are smoke free, but it did not interrupt our stay. we always travel with Febreeze 🙂

I had a very nice stay here! Great value, felt safe, convenient to everywhere (sites, restaurants, interstate) in the area. Front desk worker was very accommodating and nice. My go to Johnson City motel.

Elevator broke down which was inconvenient. Pet area grass was too high and the pet trash can was overfilled.

The staff is always attentive , friendly and helpful. The rooms are always in decent repair and clean

" quiet time" is rarely enforced and children acting like children at 3 a m doesnt,get it. Beyond that, no complaints...very nice,, as always.

The only complaint I have is the HVAC unit for the room. Had a hard time keeping up with as cold as it was outside. And the undesirable type of foot traffic that was coming through late at night. But that's that entire part of the city. It's not the hotel's fault. We'll definitely still stay there again. I do every time I need to stay in Johnson City.
