The staff was friendly. The room was a decent size and had plenty of storage space for things I brought for my stay. I stayed for about a week, and any time I came into the lobby area, the gentleman at the counter during the day would ask how my stay was going and if I needed anything. The facility was clean. I stayed on the 3rd floor, which is where the laundry room was too so that was nice.

The entrance and parking lot leading to the property is rough but out of their control. It is shared with another business.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good and had several options (cereal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, yogurt, pre-packaged muffins, breads/bagels). The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were firm which the rest of my family loved. I slept well but the beds were a little more firm than I prefer. The price we paid was great esp compared to other hotels in the area. I would stay here again

The parking spaces were a little limited and the lot to get to the place could use some maintenance. Next to the Microtel was a more run down hotel and you have to go through their lot to get to Microtel's parking and from the road the location does not look great but once we realized where our building was, it was fine

The room and common areas were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I needed a first aid kit at one point and the attendant was very helpful.

The breakfast was very basic and just OK. The location was difficult to enter initially because it is cut off from the main street. Had to drive around the block to find the only entry point. Exiting was an issue too because of the amount of traffic on the main street. Not exactly a beautiful location--mostly commercial and even industrial businesses nearby.

Please commend your night staff members for their attention to ensure that all guests were aware of the tornado and had a safe place to be during the storm in the early morning hours of May 26th. Staff opened up laundry room for guests' safety and many guests sought safety in the stairwells. Their professional actions were calming considering the havoc of the storm raging outside. Thank you for your effective training protocols.

I want to give a big thank you to the front desk girl that was there with us that night of the tornado!! She deserves a big thank you and much more!! I had never been in a tornado before and she took care of things!! May God bless u with many Great Blessing!!! Me and my 2 daughters felt safe with her!!! Thank you Again!! And my thoughts and prayers are with u and your town Rogers, Arkansas. We were there for softball......

The staff was super friendly and informative, also we experienced a tornado , and while so, the staff went door to door ro get everybody to the lowest level! I'm thankful for the staff doing so during that time! They also offered up waters while power was down! I would definitely give them my future business!

Having to go through another parking lot to get to the hotel, other than that no issues!

Great price, comfortable bedding... walmart right up the road check-in was easy andquick and staff was lovely

Water pressure was a little weak. Would be better if it had its own entrance from the street.... almost thought it was the motel next door (sooooooo glad that it wasnt)

The staff was extremely helpful & nice. The location was just minutes from our activities.

The rooms was clean until we pulled out the sleeper sofa. There was food inside the mattress and under the sofa. And it also had a strong tobacco smell to the room.

They upgraded my room since my stay was extended I feel I got my moneys worth Very clean and efficient

Booking.com is horrible. I’d never use it again. They restrict so many options the actual hotel has when it comes to working with you if something changes and you need to modify your reservation. Just call the hotel. They will honor the price and be easier to work with.
