Nona was on the front desk and was both friendly and attentive to our needs. The property was clean and fresh.

The television in 419 would not turn on properly. It required connection to the signal source manually from the set. The source could not be established from the remote. Nona was able to set it and I followed the same steps whenever we wanted to watch something. It worked fine after the proper signal source was connected. It should be configured to always default to TV when powered on.

Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner got the room very cool. Bathroom was very clean. layout was easy to maneuver around. Breakfast was okay.

Breakfast should have had a little more options like bacon, eggs, or a waffle maker. For the amount paid at this hotel, you could have had 2 rooms and a much better breakfast.

The highlight was the cleanliness and functionality of the bedroom. Very well thought out and attractive decor. The bathroom was immaculate, with good quality soaps and lotions and absolutely spotless. For a pick-up-and-go breakfast it was very good. Plenty of choice and good coffee. Plenty of parking close to the main door.

The seating in the lounge are was very functional and rather uncomfortable.

Super Clean. Nice & easy breakfast. Good price. Comfy bed. Spacious room. New facilities. Braums is in walking distance (right in front of the hotel). Coffee bar with hot water, microwave is open on first floor to use in evening. We didn't use it this time but small outdoor swimming pool looked clean and quiet.

A bit far from downtown (10 min drive) but not too bad. No microwave & coffee in room.

The breakfast was nice and I liked the variety. Everything was kept clean and tidy. The 24 hour coffee was awesome. Parking was easy and close to the building. Check in was fast and easy, I got to even choose what floor I wanted to be on.

There's really nothing that I can think of that I didn't like. There's nothing more I can say about it.

Everything was clean and the breakfast was great. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the snacks on the table when you came in were great I came in hungry, so they were perfect

The only thing that I didn't like was there was no ice machine on the second floor.

We stay a lot of places traveling for softball and this is by far the first one that 100% met our expectations. Outdoor pool was the first reason we picked Avid; 2nd having great reviews; 3rd location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Love the grab-n-go bfast; nice not having nasty carpet and clean floors; comfortable beds; clean updated facility. WILL stay here again.

The only comment (not complaint) I would have is the pool area is narrow and hard to have chairs/layout without feeling a little closed in. There weren't a lot of people at the pool with us at the same time so it wasn't too bad. The pool itself was very clear and clean.

Great location and the hotel was very clean inside and out.

Both coffee makers needed cleaning and grounds emptied at 7:15 am. We had to wait for the man at the front desk to do the maintenance before we were able to have coffee. It seems the maintenance should be attended to before the breakfast hours.

Very unique atmosphere, but not over-the-top modern. Everything was very clean, and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff were friendly. The location was convenient for the downtown work we needed to do. It was a great stay!

It was all good for a crashing spot. I would recommend for a spot to just sleep. The bed is super comfy!

If you plan to spend any time in the room, even to just watch some netflix at the end of the day, I wouldnt recommend. The TV had a ton of issues even after calling tech support, and some of the updates seemed very rushed, especially the bathroom. Very small room with essentially zero storage or place to put your things. It's about 7-10 minutes from Bentonville square, so not terribly far, but I felt like it was priced as much closer than it was. For $140/night after tax/fees/etc, I'd expect higher quality, bigger room, and better location
