Brand new serviced split level spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need and more. Lovely modern furnishings with plenty storage. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms and separate WC. Great location, walking distance to centre. Tram and bus stop directly outside. Would recommend booking car space if available as on street parking very busy. Greeted on arrival and shown to apartment. Communication via email/txt/phone regularly.

While staying there was a heatwave and the bedrooms upstairs were far too hot - advised that fans were on order for future. Windows could be opened but street noise was high as on main road. Recommendations - fans. Blinds are not blackout so addition of curtains to block out light. Change up the double bed option to twin beds.

Very spacious and was clean. We appreciated having two bathrooms. The hot water and the heater worked fine. Kitchen was stocked with dinnerware and was clean. We had to pay extra £15 for parking and it was available onsite.

It was very difficult to locate the apartment. I called the customer service couple of times. I am thankful that they responded but the instructions given by them was also not clear. They could send a little picture of the map when we book. The apartment is huge with multiple blocks and finding the correct flat was a challenge. Also the instructions for getting to parking was not clear. We had to leave the car in road and run through each block of apartment to find our flat. The fob for parking was inside the flat.

I had a great time at this property. It has everything I need. The apartment is on two floors. On the first floor, there is a living area, kitchen area, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It’s clean and has a good location because it’s near the Cornbrook tram station. I extended my stay at this property because it has all the things I need. The check-in was easy. They sent me a link to upload my passport, then they sent me the door code. You don’t need to meet anyone to check in. Also, there is a £50 deposit. Also the guest services team is friendly and helpful. I had issue with turn on the hob they help me with it.

It was really cold downstairs nice house really cold downstairs needed something on the side window upstairs was really warm because of the carpet if I stay there a week it would have been really cold downstairs I was gladi was only 2 days I had to wear a coat downstairs I need something on them big windows was it was alright need to do something with the television because you can't see from nowhere in the room it's in the wrong place the need redoing downstairs putting the things in the right place like the light the television and the sofa

It was a nice clean house and the shops are close

Fantastic location: 5 minute walk to the tram (which was only 30 minutes to our festival and 10-15 minutes to the city centre) and a 2 minute walk to a CO-OP. The bedrooms were amazing. One had an en-suite, the other across the hall from another bathroom. The showers themselves were very luxurious. The beds were a great size and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more, to make any meal we wanted. The living room was great for relaxing, with brilliant sofas and a massive TV. The property was easily accessible, we loved the fact you could put a code in without having to take a key with us to our festival.

The property was excellent very well equipped clean great location for the metro into Manchester centre.

The organisation wasn’t great. Had many messages between me and the managing agents they thought i had booked two properties and kept sending me two lots of messages even though I kept telling them i only had one property booked. I booked a parking space however on arrival couldn’t work out how to get into the car park . Was then told I needed to pick up a fob from my apartment first. I think on arrival details this should be made clear as there was a bit of messing about because of it. Also someone was parked in my allocated space so had to park in another space.

The size and facilities were exceptional. We only stayed one night while visiting family, and were nicely surprised by the accommodation and perfect for anyone wanting easy access to Manchester. We had trouble with paying the deposit as the links sent were not working but Louise was great and sorted this problem easily. The communication all along was excellent.

Unfortunately when we arrived the cleaners were still on site and expected us to leave and come back which wasn’t an option and considering we arrived after our check-in time, unacceptable.

This is excellent accommodation in a great location for a family Old Trafford match experience. Roughly equidistant between the Football Stadium and the city center. Local light rail line is also conveniently located if a 20min walk is too much for guests. I also liked the opportunity to pre order food and drink supplies if need in the self catering accommodation in advance. Charles Hope kept up regular communication to make sure everything met our needs.

Over all a very positive experience. Clean, spacious, homey feeling. We will definitely book again. We booked parking for our car and that was a big bonus for us. The car was safe and easily accessible.

We didn't get information about key fob for car park being in the apartment, so we were a bit confused when we arrived and the gate was locked. Also our space was taken, but that was sorted with a phone call to the host so not a problem.

Easy to get to and with all the facilities we needed the property was only a short walk 5-10mins from Cornbrook tram stop which meant travel in and out of Manchester City centre was quick and easy. The layout was really good and the apartment felt spacious despite there being 6 of us.

Unless you pay extra for the parking it can be very difficult finding somewhere to park your car. We also had a small issue with one of the blinds being broken.
