Perfect location aground the corner from main square if Rossio for metro AND train to Sintra. Great bed, shower pretty good in a bath, did I mention great location! Staff at reception very helpful and knowledgeable made things so easy, better than air bnb with no help.

We upgraded to balcony but I think that meant closer to the street which was a little noisy at times... Not bad nose but enough to wake me, a light sleeper. Still, three location compensated amply. A few stairs up to reception and 1 flight up to the elevator... Booking. Com has this wrong in their filter.

The location of the hotel was great for access to the city. We all found the staff very easy going & helpful towards any questions or issues we had. The airport transfer service was booked through the hotel, we travelled in style both ways. This can be a hassle, but not on this holiday.

My pillows in 406 were very baggy & I didn't have a waste bin. The breakfast was obviously more European, which you would expect. We noticed occasionally when some items ran out, they were not replaced (eggs & croissants). My friend wanted to have the melon but it was always rock hard, maybe still frozen. Also we had to eat of small plates (saucers)!

The staff were friendly and helpful , the room was quite clean and cozy especially the bathroom was amazing.

The elevator was a bit too small, no heating system in the room so it would feel cold if under 10c

The room was clean, recently renovated, with new, neat furniture. Towels were changed daily. But one day, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, there was no towel in the bathroom, old or new, but we immediately received two bath towels from the reception. The breakfast was good. I would like to mention the beautiful dining room.

The room corresponded to the description in the booking, with the exception of the window, which looks in the photo as if it opens to the outside, large and bright. In reality, the window is small and opens into a small square, interior, covered space, where other room windows on the other sides also open. For this reason it was almost impossible to breathe. On the fourth day, I had the impression that there was not enough oxygen left in the room.

Clean room, clean bedding, comfortable bathroom, amazing, friendly & pleasant staff and the hotel is in a perfect location. Perfect for those who want to book a room to stay after a long day of exploring Lisbon & surroundings. You’ll find supermarket within 2 mins walk, 5 mins walk to Rossio Square and all other popular point of interest are within walking distance too (Miradouro de Santa luzia, Praça do commercio, Baixo-Chiado & 1 metro stop to airport from Rossio, direct trains to Sintra from Rossio main station and probably more place you can walk to within Lisbon depending on your time).

The location is excellent - it's on Augusta Street, so it's easy to get everywhere you need to go. The room was more than adequate, spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful!

There were two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, but neither was working. Also, the coffee machine was fine for cold, but did not produce hot. Both would be perfect if they were improved but not a major problem. We had no problems, but the room is on the fourth floor and there are only stairs. Also, it's on Augusta Street, so it's busy until late at night. So some people might not fit in

Very convenient for public transport (2 min walk from the city terminus of the famous tram route 28, and also close to two Metro stations and several other tram and bus routes) Room was comfortable and clean.

If you are of limited mobility or have very heavy luggage, note that reception is up one floor (stairs only) and that the very small lift is then one floor above that (again stairs only to get to it), so you have to climb two flights of stairs before you get to the lift. The building is old so I presume this was the best they could do when installing the lift.

Amazing view, full of light. Great location Excellent service, especially Mileina ( not sure I write her name correctly, she works in the morning shift) she's so helpful and amable to us, really good energy. She helped me and my mom to check in a bit early when we came because our flight arrived in the morning. I would definitely choose the hotel again next time when I'm back to Lisbon

The room was nice and clean, breakfast was ok, the location is very close to the city center! The bed was kind of firm (I liked that). AC worked well!

Even though the location is very central, however I think it is close to the area where you do not want to be at night. There were people “camping” outside our window chatting all night. But during day time there were no issues. The floor in the room is kind of crooked also.

We got an apartment so heads up that it is not in the same building as the main hotel that you arrive to check in. Apartment building is like 5 min walk to the center street and is at perfect location. Across from the apartment there's pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and etc. Access to the apartment with the card key and be aware that there's very steep steps inside so be aware. We got lucky staying on second floor so we didn't need to climb much. Apartment has one bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room. It was clean and had everything you need just like any regular apartment. Matress is a bit hard but that's just because We like it softer but it didn't disturb us that much. Advice to book it as it's perfect location like right in the center. Trying station, tram, busses are all very close. It almost right in front of the famuos lift to see the city view. Also the staff was really nice. P.s. ignore the messy pics

Maybe that's just being picky but everyday in the morning around 8 maybe even earlier we keep hearing someone pushing furniture above is. Might be a cleaner in other rooms or just neighbors upstairs.
