I WAS IN THE TOP OF THE PROPTER AND IT WAS BAD ON MY LEG AS I CANT WALK FAR IT WAS ONLY ROOM AS I WAS SENT TO A DIFFERENT PROPTY ALTOGETHER TO THE ONE I HAD PAYED FOR. I AMLOOKING TO STAY SOMWHERE THIS WEEKEND BUT I AM UNSURE IF I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. UNLESS I HAVE SOME SORT OF COMPLEMENTY FORMY INCONVENIUNCE

Spacious and clean, it has everything you need including a hairdryer and fan. Shower was great and loved the smart tv. Having the communal kitchen is great and it was spotless. We stayed 5 nights so was handy to be able to make breakfast etc.

A few very small things to consider. I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep well but very firm so left me with a stiff back. I was on the top floor and no lift. These things would not stop me from staying again as over all it was great. If you have bad back or knees maybe not for you.

The shower was incredible, the room was really comfy and the spaces were very clean. Communal areas are well equipped wand the location is amazing.

There was no TV remote for the shared space. They were very forceful in relation to an additional deposit that had to be paid before staying, this isn't clearly stated when you book in and I felt this was very underhand and forcefully done.

simple check in. comfy bed. shower good. enjoyed the use of communal kitchen for tea making & to chill our drinks before a night out at concert at the football stadium (20 min walk across the park) - felt secure (code to get in & for the accom floor level) we didn't but parking in train station car park looked a good, convenient option. only 15 min walk into town for shopping.

Friendly bloke at check in, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was great! Quiet room to a backstreet, easy 15 min walk to the sea front. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect! Just a heads up that there is no parking anywhere really close, but we found free on street parking around 5 mins away from the property.

Just to be clear, what you get is one of 4 en suite rooms, with a shared kitchen area with a table and a sofa. The pictures give you the impression that you're getting an apartment - you're not.

The room, bedding and bathroom were very clean with hot water. There was a shared well equipped kitchen to share with a few other rooms also tea coffee and milk provided. Given entrance codes by phone but it all worked ok. Very near station so very good for me and my son as we always travel by train.

The location was really convenient. The staff was friendly. The bed was really comfortable, and it is very good price!

It states they have parking, but it is actually really far away from where we stayed (around 1.2 miles, 20 mins walk) and it charged £6.5 per night. I would say not super flexible and convenient for checking in if your arrival time can't be sure and certain.

The smell in the En-suite. It was very musty. Very clean and thr smell went a little when the fan was on, but hit you as you entered the room.

Clean, modern, comfortable accommodation. Great having a modern fitted kitchen to use. Excellent location few minutes walk to train and coach station and Drake circus shopping mall.

Access to room (2nd floor) bit difficult as key pad locks tricky to manage with bags and dog in tow.
