Excellent location. Tranquil, beautiful clean, and very close to Santa Maria Degli Angeli and to Assisi. Very nice views especially from the pool. Staff are very helpful and breakfast was quite abundant.

Some utilities could be better such as having a tv rather than a small monitor and a proper oven rather than a very small standalone oven. However, we had the possibility of using the barebeque which was quite nice. Rooms were quite cool despite the hot weather and though there is no air conditioning we slept well using the fans.

The location itself is beautiful. I remember early morning being in the pool looking at the wonderful view, it truly was fantastic. Sylvia was extremely helpful with any requests. Helped us provide a contact for taxis into Assisi. Messaged her prior to the visit and was always on the end of the fun if we requested assistance.

One of the toilets was leaking

The property is gorgeous and so well kept. It is an authentic building with such Italian charm. Silvia the manager greeted us with open arms like family and took incredible care of us. She helped us at a moment’s notice when we had any questions and helped us with anything we requested. The food is exceptional as well.

Nothing to dislike

It’s a relaxing country location. You can walk around and enjoy the scenery. The property is beautiful and is incredibly quiet. The room is big and is an old country Italian style. It’s only 10 minutes by car to the city. Coffee was great.

Breakfast wasn’t included as it said when we booked. It would be nice if they provided more information about the history of the property. There’s no restaurant around so it would be nice if they could provide some choices or suggestions.

The place is beautiful, inviting you to relax.. Breakfast is all that you wish.

What I missed is no air-conditioning in the apartments with a summer hitting temperatures of 38° is a must if you want to get a good night sleep. But overall, a little paradise.

This is a beautiful property. We didn't stay here long enough to enjoy all of its amenities. We arrived very late but the owner was kind enough to provide the ability to check in in spite of our late arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils if you wish to cook on the premises. The apartment is huge. There were two floors. On the top floor was a sofa bed with a separate bathroom for two and in the basement were two huge bedrooms with another bathroom. Since we were there for only for a few hours and this was off season, we couldn't take advantage of the pool. The location is gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. The place had a cozy, rustic, inviting atmosphere. It's a true getaway for people looking for a place off the beaten path.

Lovely tranquil place in the Assisi valley. Big comfortable room with bathroom and kitchenette. Warmly welcomed by our host Silvia. Loved the breakfast room and the breakfast she prepared for us too...

Kitchenette served with only two hot plates suitable to make a coffee or a quick pasta dish ...

The apartment was very spacious and cozy. Incredible view of the hills with olive trees and vineyards and Assisi in the distance. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff is very friendly. It is a short, easy drive to Assisi. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent host, location, views and swimming pool. We choose to dine at the house, you will not be disappointed. Michelin standard food and supurb local wine! Great value!

The apparment is nice but would require some maintenace. Staff is very friendly. Clean beds. All in all, very nice place in beautifull and quiet environment.

Some low maintenance needed. New and bigger cooker with owen would be a nice upgrade.
