The staff were caring and kind. The garden was gorgeous, the pool which the kids loved was refreshing. The location close to Super Aki, colectivo stop and Tulum ruins was excellent.

The beds were a bit hard and uneven. Wish the Mai room had AC, but when we really needed it, we retreated to the bedroom.

The location was excellent it was within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and Tulum Avenue. The staff were fantastic and kind, very attentive to our needs. Our family fell very safe at this property. Our Villa was a good size and had everything we needed when we made meals. Having a pool on the property was a plus. I definitely recommend this property to families.

During one of the days we stayed to relax in the room the WIFI was not available. The property manager was working with the company to try to fix it, but the WIFI never came back on.

The staff was very kind and gave us everything we needed and they even gave us a new years present. The location was good because it was near downtown and the jaguar park.

Once of the bed mattress was not comfortable and some pieces of furniture were not practical. The decorations can be better. The TV screen was very small.

It’s really quiet but also very a 2 min walk to all the restaurants in downtown Tulum. They were really responsive and helpful with suggestions. It’s not a luxury hotel which is obvious given the price. Great value for money! Also close to the colectivos (buses) that take you to the beach and the ruins

Staff was friendly. Great Location , easy to find. Close to beach, food and entertainment. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and the A/C worked great. loved the hammock and the access to the pool from our balcony. The pool was cleaned every day. Had no problem checking in or out. Staff was accommodating. 9/10. Great value.

The pool needs shade. The sun hits it literally all day so the water is warm. Not great for the summer when you need a cool dip.

Location was brilliant - easy access to many restaurants and a simple drive from Cancun with plenty of parking. It was lovely to have a balcony and fridge so we could enjoy drinks in the sun during the evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful too!

Nothing to comment on here. Everything was great and really good value. We were expecting it to be noisy given the location but it felt so peaceful!

Staff was lovely, pool was clean and well-maintained, vibe was nice and chill. Great location in town right near the road to the beach. There’s a grocery store (a block away) and tons of restaurants, shops and bike rental spots very close. it was nice ro have parking and a fridge, which comes with even the cheapest room. There are a variety of rooms, some with a kitchen some without, ro accommodate a wide variety of travelers. I’d definitely stay here again.

Music from a local bar, restaurant or disco was audible many nights. it wasn’t super loud, and not unexpected. Nothing some earplugs can’t fix.

-The bathroom window was not able to remain closed/locked due to damage on handled. -Water on shower was getting out in a very low amount, making showering harder; so, I had to unscrew the water output and clean it well, because it had a lot of rust and contamination obstructing the water to come out properly. After I cleaned it, shower was great.

Very nice staff and quiet location. Nice room, courtyard and pool area.

Air conditioner was very noisy and rattling and ceiling fan would not turn on. They moved us to another room which was better.
