Nice and helpful staff. Small swimming pool on the roof. Refrigerator on the room. Located close to the supermarket (Super Aki) which is also one pick up point for the tour buses to Chichen Itza. Close to car and bicycle rentals. Possible to walk to Ado bus station (but it is a bit far) and city center. 24/7 reception.

More or different types of food needed we have been here before amd its the same menu.

The staff working in front desk and also the two people working in the kitchen need better people skills they are not motivated at all they are not profesionals if it was up to me i would replace them promptly.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a small but good selection. The location is in the heart of downtown Tulum and walkable to great bars and restaurants. They also offer a bicycle rental to see the city.

The rooms were smaller than we imagined, hot water in the shower had an inconsistent schedule. Apart from this, we really enjoyed our stay

Room was fairly small. Breakfast was a la carte. The selection was good but the portions were small. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The staff spoke English.

The road to the hotel is in dire need of repair.

The hotel is pretty new and has a nice decoration. It's really clean and the breakfast is great - even though you can only choose one item from their menu but the portions are with great size. Location is really good but a little far from the beach. The wifi is also good.

We had an issue one day with energy at night, no water/ac/light for about 2 hours in a regular night (there was no storm or shower in that day). It was not that bad but a bigger hotel would probably have a generator so expect this 'possible' issues if you go for it. Also there's no elevator, it's only a 3 floors but if the person has disabilities it can be an issue (it was not my case)

really friendly helpful staff, rooms were soo quiet and comfortable, amazing breakfast in the mornings and lovely pool on the roof terrace

a little bit of a trek to the beach however perfect location as the path was leading straight down to the beach and the town was great. few building sights around the area but nothing too disruptive

Great hotel with heplfull and kind staff. Isabela and Ivan made every morning an excellent experience... food, fresh juice, coffee... their kidness and patience with us as a big group with children... Amazing. Roof top terrace and pool provided every day chill in evenings. Locality was also great, close to shops, restaurants and main Tulum Avenue

Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the girl that served breakfast. breakfast had lots of options and portions were big. good coffee. rooms were basic but perfect for what we wanted. rooftop area with pool was nice. location is right at the top of tulum town but walking distance to everything

Very nice hotel with a nice rooftop terrace and a small pool to cool down in. The cleaning was good and staff was friendly.

Construction working going on at the moment, which was pretty loud in the room. The hotel was also on a side street with a dirt road (hard to walk on the very muddy road after rain) on the edge of central Tulum.
