Very beautiful place located near downtown Tulum. The beds were very comfortable.

Beach club access is very misleading. The beach club is about a 20 min drive or a 40 minute walk from this hotel and they do not provide transportation. They advertise having beach club access but you still have to pay a conservation fee to enter the beach club area. Additionally the beach club has a minimum spend, so really anyone can walk into that beach club if they pay the conservation fee and meet the minimum spending amount. This was a very misleading advertisement and I am quite frustrated with it. We asked for a refund/cancellation due to it and they refused to accommodate. The main reason I booked this place was for convenient beach access but it was not convenient at all.

Staff were all very helpful and informative.

During our stay, on day 5 and 6, extremely noisy guests kept us awake late into the night, especially between 5.00am and 6.30am in the early mornings. Also note that you have rats in the ground floor gardens and therefore my wife refused to spend any time outside in the garden.

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and to a real high spec! The staff were helpful with questions and the location was perfect for a good holiday.

The pool upstairs could do with a deep clean if I’m honest. Especially the glass around the pool, it was dirty and was mentioned by a few guests when we stayed.

The hotel was walking distance to main road full of restaurants and stores. It was a beautiful big room with great hot water and AC. Our stay included breakfast which was also great. There was a rooftop pool, they provide pool towels in room. There was always daily water provided which is appreciate when its hot/humid outside. They had a mini fridge and water kettle for the coffee/tea in the room. The beach club access I recommend you use since it was really a great experience.

No hotel elevator, but they had a bus boy help us with all our luggage. The lighting in the rooms was dim, needs bigger lights. Nothing else to complain about.

Super lovely room with kettle and great shower. Was good to have 2 x beds. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff were super helpful organising taxis etc. very clean. Lovely cotton sheets too. The beach club is stunning and you feel like you are in paradise. A huge benefit to booking casa agape. You are very central for all the restaurants in Tulum and we had the best food!

It is quite a way from the beach club and expensive to do a return trip. We ended up walking there and back to save money. It’s about an hours walk to beach club though so worth it and you can stop for coffee on the way.

Alex at reception is the best! We couldn’t have had a better experience with everything here. He was attentive to our needs and helped us during our 4 day stay here. Secondly, the food was delicious, they have a restaurant on the 3rd level and the cook that is there for the breakfast was also very kind. 3rd, they have their beach club 20 min drive from it and we were so amazed. The beach club is located directly on the beach so we got to experience this. The employees are very welcoming and that is my most reason to always stay here when we visit Tulum. You will see reviews stating how noisy it is during the night or how the food isn’t good. Not true. We had no issue with noise and we lovedddd our food! Despite bad reviews on booking or Google, that is why you should always try something first to see for yourself.

I loved everything about the property, the only thing I would like better of is the lighting. It’s too dim and as women we need to see for makeup application 😁 please in the future add brighter lighting features

Location is perfect, right in the middle of Tulum Centro. Really strategically placed if you plan to explore the area. Rooms are spacious and modern. I liked the overall vibe. Parking wasn`t a problem - we always found a place to park our rental. Breakfast, as other reviews claim, is not enormous, but it`s well prepared, healthy and tasty. Staff was kind, welcoming but not intrusive. One more important thing - take advantage of the free access to Diamante K beach - awesome heavenly place - drinks are also quite good, too.

Some downsides - it becomes noisy around 10pm, until 1am as there are some hostels nearby. Didn`t disturb us too much though :). Some directions for improvements - maybe some more lighting in the room, and possibly more durable black sink/bathroom faucets/taps as the ones in the rooms seemed a bit a bit scratched/peeled - nothing too disturbing. Just saying :)

As an interior designer, I loved how the room was designed and furnished. The use of the natural materials, such as lime plaster, wood and stone, creates a very relaxing atmosphere with the bohemian style. The vegan concept follows with the use of glass bottle water, vegan soap and linens! The bed was really comfortable and I liked the choice of NOT having a tv in the room. The only constructive note that I can make is that we had just one soap during our stay, and no shampoo, conditioner and lotion. We needed to ask for more toilet paper as well since there wasn’t any replacement in the room. That would be lovely to provide some essentials, especially for travelers like us that pack light. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from the main street and shops. There are some hostels near the hotel that party all night long and it gets really noisy. But we used the ear plugs and that wasn’t a big deal.

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! They booked us bikes, motorcycle, trips,... and all with a big smile. We got confirmations on Whatsapp and also tips on what to do in the surroundings. Exquisit restaurant! Good beds, very good shower and the room and the rest of the hotel are very clean. Location is top.

Nothing bothered us. In busy times just know that there are other hotels in the surrounding and the nightlife can be a bit loud. It stopped every night at 2 a.m. so it's not like it is noisy all night. There is no tv but that was absolutely not necessary for us.

It was a beautiful hotel, very relaxing and peaceful. We thought the location was ideal, supermarket just down the road and a great base for visiting the beach and other towns. Staff were friendly, especially Blanca in the restaurant.

Would be nice to have some decaf coffee options in the room for people who don’t drink caffeine & the pool could do with better cleaning lots of bugs and dirt at the bottom.
