Wonderful stay for five people. Our bus arrived early morning so we came at opening for optional breakfast - very good! We were able to leave our heavy bags which miraculously showed up in our room after we explored the town. The staff was extremely accommodating. Our stay was on one of the top floors and had a nice view of a big courtyard with greenery - so it was quiet compared to a street view. This was one of our favorite stays and we will certainly return if in Valencia.

It did not bother us, but there are quite a few stairs to get up to our unit (good exercise). Needless to say there are less for the lower floors. The good part is that the staff will deliver and remove your luggage.

Light and clean room, fridge and drinking water refill available inside. Historical center and plenty of cafes located nearby. We stayed for 4 nights, and took breakfast once (buffet) - it was a good value for money, competitive offer to the breakfast places nearby (and tasty at the same time). We also rented bicycles right at the hotel to explore the park, very convenient. The staff kindly met our request to provide a quiet room with a garden view, thanks a lot again.

There was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom, however, it was not a big issue compared to all pros of this place.

We had a basic room which was a little bit small and the bathroom was a little tight, but this is to be expected for the price. It was however clean and very comfortable, we were at the back of the property and it was very quiet considering its location. The air conditioning and fridge were very welcome in the hot weather, as well as the free filtered water in the reception. We had the buffet breakfast for 9 euros which was good value and very fresh, with various fruits and yogurt, croissants, cheese, ham eggs and bread. The staff were very friendly and helpful and you are able to leave luggage if you arrive early or leave late. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing, I would possibly get a larger room if I stayed again

It’s very well located, decoration is beautiful, rooms are clean and spacious. Staff if super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing!

When I arrived I got one of the rooms downstairs behind the bar. I had to ask to be changed to another room because of the smell coming from the bathroom. The other room was great and I glad they were able to accommodate me. Also the rooms facing the street are a little noisy at night.

We loved the separate little lounge area off the bedroom. The general look and feel of the place is why we booked it, as well as the location. The breakfast area looked excellent, but we never used it, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be good. We could store our luggage before Check In and after check out for a short period which really helped with our time table. The staff were all polite and very helpful every time we spoke to them. Would definitely come back.

The bathroom was very small, although we are not big people so we managed OK. The air conditioner worked but was very noisy at times, needs some attention in room 309.

Location as a base for visiting many Valencia sights was perfect. Two double and one single bedroom all with their own privacy. Kitchen, dining and lounge area all with enough space for the four adults sharing. Lovely staff with good English (if that's what you need) but also some other languages such as Italian and obviously Spanish. Cold water dispenser in the reception area available 24x7 so you can fill your own bottles up.

Not an issue for me but it's a lot of stairs up to the 5th floor with no elevator (just for info). There's only one toilet and with four or potentially five people sharing, there needs to be good communication for the early morning routine to not cause stress ;-)

The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, we slept very well. Staff were friendly, always greeting us when we came in the lobby. We were checked in by a very sweet lady who didn't speak much English but managed to communicate with us just fine.The location is perfect for exploring Rufaza and the City centre on foot and you can get a bus to the beach nearby. We didn't get the breakfast but it looked very good.

The property can be a bit noisy (noise from other rooms, pipes etc) but this didn't really disturb us too much.

Location is great, bed is comfortable, there is hot water and good water pressure in the bathroom, it was warm in the room (just the right temperature for me), fridge, hairdryer, amazing soft towels, soap/shower gel, kettle with tea, filtered water available for free, TV (didn't really use it), wifi was good. The layout of the room (basically two rooms) was interesting and unexpected, in a good way.

Noise. There's no soundproofing. You can hear everything what's going on in the room next door. Take earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Our room was facing a closed courtyard so we didn't hear any noise from the street. Our room was on the 2nd/3rd floor (depending on how you count) and there's no lift, stairs are pretty steep. Not a problem for us but it might be for some elderly people. Be aware of it.

Loved the room, very clean and nice spacious bathroom. The staff are very friendly. We arrived very late and the details sent to us to get in were great and very easy. Convenient that the B and B had bikes to rent. Liked the location especially when it became a bustling local community on Monday. Close enough to the old town to wander off on foot, wear your walking shoes. Its about 12 min walk to the metro station. lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Valencia is a great city for cycling around and to the beach. i would recommend this B and B.

Unfortunately our room was on the street front, 1st floor. People leaving the nightclub on the street were very noisy. And the bin collection was late at night and early in the morning. Do ask for a quiet room if you are sound sensitive! Some noise from the neighbouring room, but not too bad

Very well located, a 20-minute walk from the city centre, about 10-min walk to direct subway to Valencia Airport. The room was clean, with comfortable bed, mini-fridge, tea kettle, complimentary toiletries and an unexpected surprise: a lovely terrace/lounge with inner-court view. The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped us store our luggage before check in and print our boarding passes before departure. The B&B also serves breakfast and coffee in the reception area, we didn’t have any but it looked really good.

Everything was great, the only thing to consider is the very small bathroom and shower, they can be a bit challenging. It wasn’t a big deal to us though, but it could be for taller people. :)
