Good location, rooms were comfortable, good deal for the price.

There was no water fountains, all water needs to be purchased and it was very expensive, good thing there is a gas station crossing the street. Also we were not notified to bring our passports for the check in process (passport I fo is needed). There is no parking at the hotel (I used the parking filter when browsing for the hotel and this one came up) public parking is crossing the streer about 9 Euros per night.

Simple, but sufficient and clean room. Convenient bicycle parking in the lobby of the hotel. We had a room on the 6th floor, on the river side, so we've had a nice view of the Main and the castle on the other side (when standing up, see below).

The window was rather smallish and not fully openable, which is a shame, considering the nice view. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

Good location, at walking distance of the city centre. Relatively spacious room. Friendly staff. Varied breakfast.

Replace the fake fruit juice with something more resembling the real thing or, if possible, the real thing. I'd also like tomato ketchup with my scrambled eggs.

We had a great view of the fortress out of our window. The room was spacious and had a nice closet for clothes as well as a desk and a counter for putting things on. There are two lifts available, and staff is present on the reception 24/7. We didn't use the bar downstairs, but there is one.

The mattress of the bed was too hard and not really comfortable.

Great location and convient to have parking right across the street. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we needed to switch rooms due to the air cooler not working.

The wifi was not real good, not strong enough to be able to work.

The reception people were nice. The view from the window was great. The arrangement of free drink in exchange of not cleaning the room is brilliant.

It would be very helpful if the hotel had a laundry machine in it. It is not that complicated. All US hotels have it. A kettle in the room to boil water would add a lot to the comfort. Even a small refrigirator.

Breakfast was splendid. I liked that there was a small refrigerator in the room. I liked the view from the breakfast room. The staff was very friendly.

No water cooker at the room, so you could not make a cup of coffee in the room. Not any soap in the shower room but you could take soap outside at the handwash instead.

It was very clean and functional. Everything what you need. Breakfast was good.

The bed‘s were for us to hard. A softer topper would be great. And having a second Coffee Mashine in the morning. There was always a waiting line.

Really like the breakfast options (except coffee, see below); loved the plain muesli, yoghurt and fresh pieces of fruit and the little croissants (also good that they're small). Also liked that I could open windows. Bed was very good too.

Very bad coffee unfortunately... tried different options in machine (cappucino, coffee creme with condensed milk, espresso with fresh (cold... ) milk) but it all tasted very poor, near undrinkable. If doing barista-made coffee isn't possible, i would prefer filter coffee (even if from a thermos) over this machine Things you can do little about: 1. very noisy traffic in the morning. 2.It's a pity the view of this part of the river is so... forlorn and depressing. The city council could make it prettier by making a few changes

This had a great location on the river,not far from the train station, great coffee and beer, and a helpful staff.

No complaints. Our first stay in an Ibis, made us look for this brand in other cities.
