Good budget motel. Everything was as expected for the price. The room smells clean. We stay for 2 nights and they touch up the room after the first night. Shower is good. Bed is comfortable. We stayed in a room upstairs in a Tue/Wed night, and we didn’t hear 1 single noise coming from outside, even when the motel seemed full. Staff is very friendly.

Nothing to complain. The overall looking is a bit simple, but more than good for its price.

We were able to check-in after hours, value is good for the location, and the host was good about responding to requests through chat. I appreciated the desk space, kitchenette with basics, and fan. Conveniently located and cleaned daily!

Not much to say here! We stayed in a budget double room and found the washroom to be on the smaller side.

The location was great - very close to mall and central. The room was clean and smelt fresh and the Reception person was very friendly. We were surprised to return on the first day and see our dishes had been cleaned for us. As a budget property we did not have high expectations and felt the place was value for money.

No real complaints. For the budget you get what you pay for :-)

Lovely unit. Has had an update so nice and fresh. Had everything you needed for s short stay. Comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet for the location. Close to CBD and not far away from most attractions if you have transport or there is a good public transport system in Rotorua.

Would have been nice to have had a small hob for cooking, but what was there worked well.

The lady was so lovely and friendly. It was a very kind natured place that's close to many cool family activities! really loved this stay

The carpet seemed a little dirty, and my socks were constantly unclean after walking through the room. (slippers were my solution). Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy

The location, super clean and comfortable, the woman at reception was amazing so bright and bubbly and really accomodating. We booked a room at 17:10 and we were there at 17:15 she offered to show us two rooms to which we had to pick one. Both were amazing and was great that we had an option. We were all booked in within 5 mins

The location was great. The motel is situated across the road to the Mall and downtown shopping. A short 15 minute walk to the restaurants. The staff were friendly.

The pillows need to be replaced. They are about half the size of a normal pillow and so thin.

Diana was awesome, very helpful and responsive.

Room was as expected, i note that the carpet 'teeth' are starting to show through at all transitions to tile, need a cover slip as sharp on bare feet. regards Andrew

The staff member was very kind and happy. Accommodation was as pictured. We just needed a warm, clean base for a couple of nights and it was perfect. Close to everything. I asked for a late checkout and it was absolutely no problem.

The location is perfect, it's warm and cosy. we had the use of a small adjoining lounge, kitchenette area, for which we were very grateful
