The people who work at the breakfast restaurant are extremely nice. The gentleman with curly hair who seems to be.in.charge is so friendly and genuine and happy and very nice. The young ladies who also work in the breakfast restaurant are also very welcoming with a beautiful smile. The location of the hotel is amazing, and the food is really good as well.

I contacted the hotel online as I wanted to know if I left my phone charger as I wanted to pick it up later, but I did not get a reply.but it s okay, it does not matter as I know they are busy

As a frequent traveler to Gran Canaria we used to stayed in 5 star hotel on the south of the island. Unfortunately the hotel changed the policy and now is adult only hotel. As we always travelling with our son we decide to stay in NH imperial Playa in north part of the island and such a discover! Very comfy and clean room with spectacular views from the balcony. Location the best in Las Palmas. Fantastic and very professional staff always with smile. We discovered the best hotel in the island. Thank you for a lovely stay and we are looking forward to spend Christmas in NH Imperial Playa Las Palmas

I only had a lunch one day which was acceptable. Loved the location and the staff were more than helpful. I asked for a change of room and it was done without any difficulties.

I think as a 4 star tea and coffee making facilities could be provided in the room. I did ask and a kettle and a few coffee sachets were provided. I was told if I wanted milk I would have to buy in the supermarket. Not a good look.

The location was fantastic, the room was nice clean and the most important the ac where working marvellous , and the reception were very nice and friendly .

No parking facilities and no information about how to enter to the hotel Because the property is in a pedestrian street and we didn’t know that you could drive thru to leave the suitcases

Great location right by the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants, staff all very friendly and very clean. Breakfast was fine and you can ask for cooked eggs and bacon if you want.

Only thing is you need to ask for coffee and tea making facilities at reception if you want, which I find a little odd as it was advertised as standard when I booked the room.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are very nice! The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly, particularly the young waiter at breakfast (Adriano) who made our mornings enjoyable - he was always smiling and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

As we were celebrating a birthday, we paid to upgrade to a junior suite, which gave us more room both inside and out. We had a spectacular view across the bay and to the mountains inland, and had a large, private balcony with table, chairs and sunbeds. The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay, towels and linen were changed regularly. The breakfast was a good quality continental selection and the service was excellent.

There was little to say that we disliked. Occasionally people were a little brusque, but we've noticed this more when travelling since 2020.

We had a very large balcony on the top floor with great views of the beach, sea, mountains and city. The staff are friendly, attentive and very good natured.

In contrast to the lovely, large balcony, the bedroom was small and the bathroom, especially toilet area, cramped and poorly designed. The absence of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom is very frustrating. Breakfast was adequate but range of fresh fruit limited- for example no papaya, watermelon or pineapple. Fried eggs varied in quality from hard and formless to soft-if youre lucky. Definite need for improvement here.

We requested a kettle which was quickly provided as was a towel for the beach. The breakfast was extremely comprehensive and drinks too with lactose free milk and soya milk as standard which was a big help to me. Reception staff and breakfast staff always happy to help.

The bed was too hard for my comfort so I did not sleep well and the floor of the room was sometimes dusty.

Breakfast was nice. Location was wonderful. Very near beech.

The night we checked in the two female receptionist were having a private conversation while we checked in we didn’t feel very welcome. We were given no information on the hotel or for instance that a kettle could be provided. On the next night the male reception staff was extremely helpful, and told us all the facilities that we could have.
