Accessibility to the beach, local restaurants, shops and taxi ranks. Beautiful view of the beach from balcony. Over all fairly clean.

No smoke detectors of note. Bed sheets dirty in main bed on the first night and a clean set were delivered to the door on the second night. Bathroom door lock was jamming, sliding door on a bedroom getting stuck. These are not things that would stop me from either staying again or recommending people to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was clean and modern. The location was excellent, offering a view of the ocean from the window. A beautiful beach was just a short walk away, and there was even a nearby spot for fishing. Everything you need is within walking distance, including supermarkets, various cafes and restaurants, a museum, and car rental services. Additionally, the port is nearby, with ferries departing to Tenerife. The ticket price is approximately €50 one way. Reaching the airport was very convenient, with a direct bus ride taking only 45 minutes, and the ticket costing just €3. We highly recommend visiting Pico de las Nieves (35280 San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Gran Canaria, Spain) and Caldera de Bandama (Calle Crta. de Bandama, 35319 Bandama, Las Palmas, Spain). At Caldera de Bandama, you’ll find a restaurant offering incredible views and delicious charcoal-grilled dishes at affordable prices. Make sure to experience the breathtaking sunset at Dunas de Maspalomas (35100 Maspalomas, Las Palmas, Spain)—it was unforgettable.

The sofa prepared as the third sleeping place was not very comfortable.

Fabulous appartment on floor 6 for 4 people We had 2 floors but did not use floor 2 as there were just the 2 of us. Side view of the beach, so close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. It had washer , dish washer ironing board and more which was not used as we stayed only 2 nights.

No kettle.

The staff was nice. They accommodated our request for a late check in (paying extra) that was very useful as we were working through the day from this location, before taking our flight in the evening.

There is no space where to leave your luggages if you arrive earlier than check in times (3pm)

The location was perfect

When send me the key I was unable to identify the appartment location , I ask the support team on whatsapp but their were not very responsive . I look for the location by my self

The cleaning stuff is amazing, fresh towels every 2nd day etc.

Our apartment did not have balcony, but overall the location and the view are amazing.

The apartment was fantastic, specious, big, very light. There is a fantastic sea view from the terrace upstairs. We had a great time there. It is a very big two level apartment, very modern, clean, specious, sunny. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are big , modern and comfortable. Beds are big and comfortable. Downstairs you have a bedroom, bathroom with toilet, leaving room with the kitchen with the very big window, TV. Upstairs there is another bedroom, bathroom with toilet, leaving room with sofa, TV and fantastic terrace with a table and chairs with a fantastic view to the sea and a beach. It is a perfect place for breakfast and evening wine. The building is modern with the lift.

Would be good to have a proper knife to cook in this great kitchen. Also would be good to have some additional blankets when it's cold.

They won't let you know the passcode to the room until 3pm. At first there was no blanket in the bedroom but after I contacted them. They did bring blanket for me.

Spacious room, close to beach and restaurants and hosts were easy to deal with!

It is a super nice apartment a few steps from the beach and all bars and restaurants. Everything was clean, modern, and the apartment is big. It looks like in the pictures. The terrace has amazing views, but it is super small.

In general everything was good.
