The whole place is perfect. Great staff, room, pool, spa pool. Just a few minutes walk up to the main street with many restaurants to choose from. I'd definitely stay here again.

Loved the outside, 2 beautiful pools and a jacuzzi. 2 places with fire pit. Fabulous breakfast. I had bacon, potato and egg burrito. OJ. Good coffee is available all the time. With in walking distance (for most people) of Main Street. The room has comfy bed, great AC and fast WiFi. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

We had to ask for a shower curtain and there was no alarm clock or UBS ports. We only had 1 set of towels, not 2. Housekeeping was very busy to be fair) There are no drapes and the blinds let in a lot of light. There was no folded blanket over the end of the bed. (I get cold, hubby loves the AC.) Parking and maneuvering in the parking lot is difficult if you drive a larger vehicle. (F150.).

The outside grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Live the fire pits. The breakfast was great. Staff was courteous and very helpful.

Our first room was great. It was a standard king. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We decided to stay longer and was moved to a full standard. This room was not clean. Especially the bathroom. I took pictures and showed the assistant manager, and he was very apologetic and appreciated us letting them know so it could be taken care of. Even with the second room not being up to standard, we will definitely stay at this property again when in Fredrickburg.

Nice large room. Coffee machine and coffee with a variety of condiments. We love the body wash and lotion. They also have shampoo and conditioner. They all smell wonderful. Housekeeping was great. Just ask, and we were immediately given what we needed. Lots of pillows. The AC kept our room cool in hot weather. Location, location, location! The Museum of the Pacific is easily viewed from the hotel.

The humidity in our room was rather high. My hair would not dry without a hair dryer, which I never have to use. We needed chairs that are not covered in fabric material. (I dont know how those are kept sanitary?)

Nice location, close to the shops and etc, you can make a walk and it is safe. It has free parking so it is a plus.

The smell of the room - it smells like sweat and not nice with a/c! The bathroom has no real lock and you have to hold it until it stays and not sliding back as it is a hanging door. not so clean bathroom, it may need some repairs. Noisy a/c every 30 mins and noisy fridge, we have to turn it off as we can’t sleep with such background noises! The frowning lady in the reception, we waited few minutes as she wasn‘t there when we checked in ans it is cool, but to be frowned at after a long journey is not a good service.

Location is amazing super close to everything walking distance. Very convenient. Breakfast is great add a lot of value for sure and it was complete a delicious. Pool area is great also I like the fact that this is a family oriented facility.

For some reason my room never got house keeping. I even told a lady - seems like the house keeping supervisor ( she didn’t speak Spanish ) to address but I guess she forgot. Also I’m sorry to say that but internet WIFI sucks ! I wasn’t planning on taking my work laptop but something happened at work last minute and I had to take it and work some hours a day. It was a problem internet is super slow and I finally gave up. I have pictures but I would rather don’t share. I don’t want to present myself as a negative complainer. I just want to provide a honest opinion for the company. I think they offers a great value for their customers. Just small things here and there to adjust. Thank you

Everything was good, room fit for purpose, complementary breakfast appreciated and pools and pool area and other outside space great. Nice to have a small selection of snacks and drinks available. Oh and complementary hot drinks good.

As wasnt driving more information on transport options both in the areas around Fredericksburg and to get back to Austin would have been helpful - as it was reception staff gave us taxi contact but only after we were unable to secure uber driver - didnt seem to be many in the area - not looking for you to solve perhaps just some more information on what is possible

The location couldn't have been better; an easy walk to main street shops and restaurants! The room decor was not fancy but clean, comfortable and everything in working order. Very friendly, helpful desk staff let us check in early, and parking was free. Our assigned room allowed for parking right outside our door for easy unloading. Decent breakfast, and while the breakfast room was small and wet weather didn't allow for eating outside, our stay was on a weekday during off season so it wasn't overly busy. Lovely grounds, nice pool (didn't use) and lots of outdoor spots for gathering and relaxation in the evenings during pleasant weather.

Not an issue for us but I don't believe there an elevator so guests with mobility challenges should request a ground-floor room with outside-the-door parking when booking.

The property is located very close to the main street. As soon as we arrived, we saw a few deer near the creek. They are dog friendly. There was plenty of space to walk, and waste pick-up supplies available on site. The beds were comfortable. The 2 pools and hot tub were nice. We enjoyed the outdoor tv and fmwood burning fireplace. The multiple sitting areas with fire pits were awesome. Starbucks' single brew in the room was convenient. I really enjoyed all of the plants' ,flowers and trees that surround the pool area. They created a nice shaded atmosphere for sitting after a long day of walking on main. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was just okay. I would prefer to go out and eat at a restaurant. The room we stayed in had an unfinished repair above the shower, which appeared to be from water damage from the unit above. It wasn't a good look for the room .On the second day, the lady managing the front desk didn't want to be bothered to light the fire pits. She even went as far as to passively aggressively remind me that it's summer and hot during the day. The night before, they were lit by the time we went out of the pool .Even tho it is summer, It was a nice ambient place to sit and dry off. No USB ports for charging.

This was in a perfect location for us on our trip around Texas , the beds were very comfortable and the shower was fierce , great water pressure. Lovely pool area with plenty of towels and seating . The included breakfast was very nice with make your own waffles and plenty of other choices . The staff were very friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations on where to eat dinner and what to see in the area .

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property , a couple of niggles , some guests were very noisy but that wasn’t the property’s fault and the coffee machine in the room was still full , just missed on housekeeping .
