great location...very nice/clean rooms...excellent staff...great breakfast...picturesque creek side with chairs and tables...pool and hot tub used on prior visit were very nice

rooms that are located on second floor near lobby atrium transmit all noise through the door/walls...one can clearly hear people speaking in the lobby and at the front desk...there needs to be a quiet hour in force at least...the disturbances lasted to midnight on 2 of 3 nights

We were too late for breakfast but when waiting to get checked out it smelled wonderful. The room was very comfortable and I suppose we were in the back side but had a really nice view of the trees and the small creek in the back. Will stay there again when I return to Fredericksburg for a weekend visit.

Parking was a little scarce....and there was a wine tour bus there taking up parking....not sure what that was all about but seemed strange to me.

Convenient location to main street in Fredericksburg. Comfortable king bed with a nice sitting area. Large bathroom

The Inn could use an update, bathrooms counters and over all decor looks tired. Our curtains in the window had some tiny holes in them, old, old. Room 108 The breakfast was ok, powdered eggs, patty sausage, just ok. Coffee kind weak in my op. There is a nice coffee shop across the street, so that was a minor issue.

It was good. The location is excellent, as you can walk ip the hill to Fredericksburg. The coffee was great, & we are very picky as to a good cup of coffee. Also, we always tip the breakfast server & the housekeeper. It might be nice to have a sign in the breakfast area to suggest a tip for the server.

Breakfast was good but could have been warmer. I also missed the availability of Danish products. I did like the fact that the attendant was very attentive in maintaining the quantity of food available.

The warmth of the main course was minimal. Good but not very hot.

The breakfast was delicious and had multiple choices each day that we could choose from. We were also welcomed and helped each morning by the staff to make breakfast even better for us. I definitely recommend.

The traffic was bad from the eclipse but there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

This was my second stay at this property, the previous being several years ago, it hasn’t changed, location very good, staff pleasant and rooms clean and comfortable.

We were in an executive suite at the front of the building, which, while being very nice has an unfortunate problem. The air-con was like sleeping next to a tractor, to turn it off and open the window allowed the surprising amount of night-time traffic noise from the nearby main road to keep me awake instead. This was more of a minor inconvenience but I’m guessing that a room at the back of the property would be quieter if the air-con was to be turned off.

Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast had little options for people with resistive diets. The walkway back from main street was dark and difficult to navigate. luckily we used our cell phone flashlight option.

The property is located two easy walking blocks from Main Street. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays.

The only issue was the floor creaking.

Location

We are senior citizens, and the bed was high, we needed a step stool to get up in bed. Lower the beds, before some senior citizen falls off and breaks a hip.
