I chose this hotel based on reviews, pricing, and location in Santiago de Compostela. The staff greeted me with kindness and courtesy. All of the staff were helpful and their English fluency was strong. The room was airy and fresh. While I did miss having an actual chair at the built-in desk (they provide a stool), there was ample room to unpack and put clothing in the closet (or on hangers). The room has a small refrigerator and a safe for valuables (which I did not use). My spouse especially enjoyed the presence of a full-sized bathtub! This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Cathedral of Saint James and this influenced my decision to reserve a room. There are plenty of pasteleria's within easy walking distance. The train/bus station is, perhaps, a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

I did not choose to purchase breakfast with my room. I agree with other reviews that the breakfast, at 10 Euros, seems to be expensive. I did look at what was offered for breakfast and it didn't seem to be worth the requested price. At checkout, I requested a taxi to the train station. I was surprised when I was told that the hotel could not book one for me. Having a mobility challenge/disability, I should not have to justify a request for transportation. The staff member did eventually call on my behalf and the taxi arrived promptly. The taxi driver helped load the luggage but was audibly exasperated when informed of our destination.

Absolutely fantastic and clean hotel. 👌 It was a little bit expensive but worth the price. In Santiago the prices are higher than other places around Santiago. We stayed one night there during our camino de Santiago. Great breakfast! We had the room with a balcony on the 8th floor with a beautiful view on city! We asked for a later check out (before the journey to airport) and it was not a problem. They also booked the taxi for us. They provided many types of massages. Unfortunately, we could not get the massage because they have been fully booked. Staff is very welcomed and helpful. Excellent location. Close to Cathedra Santiago de Compostela (900m) - 8 min walk. Close to airport 15 min drive. Definitely recommended!!!!

Room was on the 8th floor with a balcony and a view of the perpetual clouds and rain. All of the features of the room were very good, and a good night's sleep was achieved. The 12 o'clock check out and luggage service meant the next days heavy rain did not ruin the last day of the holiday. Bus stop to the airport was very convenient. (That was part of the reason for staying there). Reception staff were very good apart from as weather forecasters.

Security of left luggage could be improved, though no one stole our bags.

The hotel was perfectly placed for your stay. The bus stop to the airport was a 2 minute walk away, and our meeting point for trips was 5 minutes away. There was also a lovely corner shop 2 doors down the road so we could stock up with snacks. Having a fridge in the room was also great. The rooms were lovely and big, the bathroom was a good size and the views were lovely.

Would like a proper duvet cover instead of sheets.

This hotel is modern and is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Naomi at reception was always helpful and a problem solver. Her English was good which was a help as well. There are plenty of food options close by and the train and bus station is close, as was the airport bus. I recommend this hotel.

It is about an 8 minute walk to the Cathedral. I found this gave me a chance to weave my way through the narrow lanes of the old city.

Decent size room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. 10-15 min walk from bus/train station. 10-15 min walk from Cathedral. Some different food options close by and many more in old town. Good price. Buffet breakfast was only one we had on this trip, nice! Stayed 3 nights and would do it again.

If not careful, shower water could escape, but no big deal.

Good proximity to old town and railway station; only a short walk from Praza de Galicia; room was well equipped, light and spacious with an excellent bathroom; security safe and fridge also included which is a bonus these days; breakfast is good without being exceptional; coin laundry close by in Rua de Santiago de Guayaquil; reservation details as provided to the property by 'Booking.com' indicated only single-use despite confirmation for 2 people: Tatiana at reception was brilliant in getting this sorted and allocated us a room with balcony on 8th floor - thank you!

Beds are not comfortable and should be replaced - seems to be a common problem in post-covid era;

The proximity to surrounding landmarks is very good and everything is accessible on foot. The room was good size, bed was comfortable, they have AC/heater. The bathroom was good as well, tub, toilet and sink.

Toilet kept doing noise, due to constant water flowing inside it. Walls were thin, I could hear my neighbour in the bathroom. The breakfast menu was the same for the 3 days we stayed.

Bed was comfy though a little squeaky when I moved! Quiet room. Liked the little side table, handy to do make up or actually used it to work on also. Wifi was a bit spotty one evening. Bathroom was lovely, had a nice bath. Didn't have breakfast there, went to nice place nearby. Staff were pleasant. Organised a taxi for me when I was leaving. Good location when coming from the train station and only short walk to the old town.

Excellent location close to the old town, the station and airport bus stop. The rooms and bathroom were a good size- lots of space for 2 people sorting out suitcases etc. Excellent breakfast with lots of tasty choices. Plenty of space in lobby to sit and wait - or work online. Helpful staff - not officious or brusque.
