Very comfortable and spacious room. Recently renovated with extremely clean carpet and new furnitures. It's a lovely hotel for people who are looking for a place for long stays in one of the nicest area of Paris. The staff is friendly and very polite. If you read reviews mentioning about unfriendly staff that's absolutely not true. I believe those guests who rated poorly the staff have never travelled to Paris and don't know well the kind of modest and reserved attitude parisian people have which i really appreciate. The hotel is also very clean and the cleaning staff are very respectful. I will surely come back!!!!

The Hotel had a lift, which was super as we were on the 6th floor. Clean and tidy room, well serviced on our stay by housekeeping. Very friendly reception staff, even though we had virtually no french to speak of. Right in the heart of Paris, Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, across the road and a very short distances away. Nice breakfast and lovely coffee. I would return for another visit.

Nothing, but if I had to be picky .. there were road works right outside the hotel, when we arrived, but they were only there two days and didn't affect us much as we were out and about sightseeing during the day.

This was a great value in a wonderful location in Paris. We tried to extend our stay because we were having such a great time, but they did not have any availability. The air conditioning was wonderful and every place has that so just along with a very clean room and bathroom.

There was some confusion over if our room came with a breakfast or not so just be clear on that before you go. we were surprised there was no mini fridge in the room and the safe never did work. Also, just to mention you will have to leave your room key with the manager each time you leave which as Americans we found very unusual.

We chose the hotel becuse for us it had the it had the ideal location. We easily walked to the main sites and on a oouple of occassions even used the metro which is pretty close to the hotel. The bedroom was a bit on the small side but you get what you pay for. We took the cheapest room on offer. It was clean on arrival and housekeeping kept it tidy every day. The best part of the stay was the friendly staff who without question loaned me a kettle for the duration of our stay. At checkout time no taxis or Uber services were available due to torrential rain. This amazing staff member got himself an umbrella and took us all the way to the Eurostar station so that we could make our train on time. His willingness to accompany us to the station in such awful weather exceeded all my expectations of good customer service.

The bathroom lacked any hooks to hang up one's clothes or towels when using the shower. I didn't think it was hygenic to place the clothes on the closed toilet seat. Also the tap on the sink comes so far out that it is impossible not to end up splashing water all over the floor. A wet floor is a bit of a safety hazard.

Everything! There’s AC in the rooms, blackout curtains, a fridge and safe in the wardrobe where you can also hang your clothes, a desk. They have lots of extra linens, pillows, towels, soap and shampoo. The staff was friendly. They have you turn in / grab your key from the reception everytime you leave / come back to the hotel so you don’t have to worry you’ll lose it. We picked this one because it’s proximity to the metro and it wasn’t a bad walk to the attractions. There’s also good food places nearby.

Not a huge issue but no fan in bathroom so you could hear what was going on in there and the shower stall glass only goes halfway so the floor does get wet when you shower but they offer plenty towels so it wasn’t an issue. Also the two twin beds are right next to each other and can only be separated by maybe 6 inches or so. We didn’t mind as we are good friends but maybe not ideal for everyone.

The location was excellent, very close to a lot of nice bakeries and restaurants and walkable to many main tourist attractions. Closely located to the Grands Boulevards metro stop. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom was a little small although for the price we had no problem with this. Part of the shower door was missing so water could escape although this was not a major issue for us.

I felt that the staff was very kind and helpful. Communication was very good. My room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was very good. I felt safe and loved the neighborhood. I was able to get around easily to many places because of it's location.

I felt that as a traveller, it would have been good to have water, and other kinds of beverages downstairs in the lobby. It would have also been nice to get ice somewhere in the hotel. I had to keep my bathroom door closed in order to not have the smell from the septic above the toilet come out into the room. I suspect that because it's an older building, the plumbing or septic would be a major renovation to the hotel and not likely to get redone.

The staff is well informed and extremely helpful, and the room was kept spotlessly clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the Louvre. It is located in a residential neighborhood with excellent restaurants, supermarket, bakery, barber, bookstores, and so forth within a block or two and with departments stores and ATM machines a few blocks away. The price is comparable to equivalent hotels close to the center of Paris.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is at a great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The restaurants in the area are also great. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that the room had a balcony.

Our only remark would be that the rooms are a bit noisy, but some earplugs helped and the area is vibrant so it made sense that there would be some more noise than we would be used to. Overall we had such an amazing time and would recommend staying at WIT hotel again!

Great location near to several Metro lines and in walking distance to many attractions; pleasant and responsive staff; spacious and commodious room; room service keeping your place clean throughout the stay.

Very slow Wi-Fi; poor soundproofing between rooms and hallway; uncomfortable sagged mattress; there was no electric kettle in the room (but thankfully we could get hot water from the kitchen); delayed check-in due to the room wasn't ready (and we arrived at time, 15:00).
