Location - excellent, near Citibanamex Room - excellent, confortable clean and with all facilities, coffe machine!, not as good the shampoo and conditioner quality View - all green and beautiful sight of the city

It is not for the hotel, but for the booking.com as I sent many mails asking the invoice to be under the company name and I did not receive either a response NOR THE INVOICE WHICH I NEED URGENTLY. The hotel told me they cannot give me one as I bought it through BOOKING. May be next time it will be better to make the reservation with the hotel directly

Great location and easy go walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff at the concierge desk.

The only thing I didn’t like was a surprisingly rude waiter at the Club Breakfast Lounge. We waited for coffee for 15 minutes because he was ignoring us, he refused to serve us pancakes even though they were on the menu ( we still don’t understand why). Maybe he had a bad day but he could use some additional training. Everyone else was helful and the food was good quality.

The location was perfect. We had some activities planned, but others were very easy to define because of the great location. We had many places to visit on walking distance. The view! We had the Auditorio Nacional and the Chapultepec park in front of us. Restaurants!! Very nice options inside the facilities, friendly staff and great meals. Sommeliers manage one of the largest cavas, awesome wine selection, and we loved the suggestions.

I feel like the walls are kind of thin. I heard the phone ringing, somebody knocking the other door, etc.

Every aspect of this hotel is fantastic. The people, from our driver, Rafael, to one of the doormen, Moises, to Lidia, part of the cleaning staff, do their work with such incredible joy, pride, & hospitality that is so special about Mexico as a culture. They went above & beyond to help us, & to meet our every need, including when I got sick & needed medicine & a doctor, sent up to my room. I can’t wait to return.

The hotel is great and is in one of the best locations in the city, during my stay they were remodeling some areas and this is why I did not rate excellent the facilities, because some of the things normally available where not, but I have to say that the builders are doing an excellent and silent job! The other thing that is fantastic is the restaurant "The Palm" and over all the food in all the many restaurants of the hotel is top notch.

The hotel is good, staff is very helpful and room is big & nice view. The breakfast had many choices and the Mexican restraurant in hotel is impressive, the food is amazing. The hotel location was convenient. Around hotel, big park and many good restraurants and shops in walking distance. We will definitely choose again when we travel to Mexico City next time.

this was our visit and this time our room did not have the mini bar unlocked or snacks available from the mini bar. additionally we tried to order room service two times and did not have a menu or QR code in the room from which to order. had to call 3 times to receive either

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are world class. Rooms are spacious and wonderfully designed. Room service was delicious and we loved the spa. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff truly went above and beyond. I asked for flowers in the room. They provided those, plus chocolate dipped strawberries and designer chocolates. They also created a card and printed out our wedding photo, which they must have pulled from social media. Truly memorable and extraordinary.

I honestly can't think of anything. Traffic can be daunting in Polanco but that's unrelated to the hotel and facilities.

Let’s start with the hotel location, love the Polanco area. The hotel is 10 min from Parque Lincoln and the most important shopping area in Polanco. Next, the hotel is beautiful and impecable, plus everyone working there was so nice. The room was extremely clean, bed super comfy, even the sofa in room was comfy and the perfect spot to have a nice tea and read in the morning plus the view of the city was awesome. Also, I love the fact they will also measure your temperature every time to get into the hotel and keep track of the people coming in with a thermometer and camera all in one. Bathroom was good size and the shower was super relaxing! Room service was great! delicious food and they always added free bread to your order! My favorite part is that they let me check in earlier and check out late with no extra charge, for a hotel to do this, that’s extremely amazing! everyone was so nice!

View was awesome overlooking Chapultepec Park.

We liked everything, other than a couple of minor inconveniences in the room and the supplies. It would be nice if the hotel had a more casual restaurant - 24 hour diner type place. You know, a place you don’t want to spend too long because you are tired, but want something better than an American burger. The 24 hour restaurant, La Pied de Cochon was more upscale than a French “bistro” as advertised. There are many excellent casual and upscale restaurants nearby. Polanco is a high end neighborhood of Mexico City. Traffic is bad going elsewhere in the city, but I think it’s a city wide problem. Too many cars for the roads, and not really a great highway system.
