location, very clean.
the way these hotel buildings are constructed without the proper noise suppression or reduction on adjacent walls and in between floors, you can hear people talking on the adjacent unit also people walking above you. as a builder I understand this issue perfectly and know exactly how it should be addressed on the building design, something that in Mexico builders don’t do it or don’t know how to do it. this is a BiG issue in any hotel in the world.

Modern, clean, nice rooms, free parking, complimentary breakfast, pets allowed.
Our room’s bed had some stains on the sheets, so we called the front desk and they were able to move us rooms. I was hoping for a closer “pet relief” station other than outside, more so because it was raining so some cover for it would have been nice.

Everything was wonderful from staff to the room to the pool. And I greatly appreciate that they allow dogs. Ooh they even allowed us to have more than just one vehicle to park. That was great.
The only they would probably be is the bed was too hard and there weren't enough channels on the TV that were in English.

I like how the rooms are nice and clean. I was real impressed with the Mexican breakfast.

It was good but it needs more variety - then just eggs and chilaquiles? Suggestions: pancakes with fresh fruit toppings, honey, syrup, also waffles. It’s more likely to be a preferred choice of breakfast for US tourists 😋

It was nice and clean.
Not enough towels. 4 people in our room only 2 towels. They took long in bringing the towels, so we went down to get them.

Modern facilities, very clean, and actually quiet rooms! Seeing the ocean from the window was lovely, but you are otherwise a little far away from things. They didn't mind me taking my bike in the room with me, which I really appreciate.

The hotel is conveniently located, design is modern, parking seems secure, and the rooms are clean. Staff were extremely professional, pleasant, helpful, and informative.
Our room was adequate but a tad small. Sheets are a bit scratchy.
