This hotel was very good value for the money. We are a couple travelling on vacation and always aim to find a hotel that is good value. Location can't be beat. Right across from Fujinomiya station. Restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to large Aeon shopping centre. Can easily walk to the Temple and Fuji World heritage site. Room and bed clean and comfortable. Larger than our business hotel in Tokyo. comfortable. Stay comes with use of public bath divided by gender. Stay also includes a generous buffet breakfast and a happy hour drink. Between 6 and 8 pm. Serve yourself. Canpai to a good choice! Staff friendly and always helpful.

Breakfast was excellent and it was a convenient location to rest prior to hiking Mt. Fuji. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were able to accommodate our needs. I enjoyed my stay and it was a clean place to rest at; it got the job done.

The rooms were incredibly small, but nothing much can be done with that because I am a tall foreigner. While I understand that I had to leave my key plugged in at the front entrance in order to turn all electrical devices on (to save money on the electrical bill), it was frustrating when I wanted to refrigerate my drinks when I am going out because we had to return our room keys to the front desk.

It’s a perfect location, just a minute from the train station and bus depot. Exceptional value for the money. Good, filling buffet breakfast included. There is a huge supermarket at the Aeon Mall just five minutes away. The bed includes a top sheet as well as a comforter, which is not too common and is very welcome. The stairs are open for use, unlike some hotels where they are only for emergency use.

The bath doesn’t open till 5pm. It would be better if it opened at 3 so it wouldn’t get so crowded at 5pm. The single elevator is small and very busy (I use the stairs, but some people wouldn’t care for that). There are only two clothes hangers in the room.

Location is unbeatable, right next to train and bus stations, as well as the tourist information office. A very good buffet breakfast included in the price makes it a great bargain. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again.

One small elevator for a ten-story hotel with about 100 rooms is not really enough, especially when people have lots of luggage. Also, the public baths do not have enough lockers. When I went there just after they opened at 5:00pm, all the lockers were already being used. It would be better if they opened from 3:00pm, I think.

The hotel is located in front of the train station, so it is very convenient if you travel by train. Room is large enough for 2 people. There are restaurants nearby but it is very quiet in the evening. You will need to walk around or drive to a further area. Breakfast is delicious!!! and the best thing is welcome drink and happy hour! Strawberry soft serve is very delicious!!!!

There is only 1 elevator. So, it is crowed in the morning and evening, during the check-in/check-out time. And you need to pay for parking.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel offers good facilities, a simple yet nice breakfast was served and a welcome drink was provided. I really liked the lounge common area, guests can hang out there at any time. If you're driving, parking is not an issue as there are plenty of paid parking options nearby.

The location is somewhat distant from the eatery and convenience store, but it's still walkable.

The location is excellent, simply 50 meters opposite the train and bus station. Take the bus from here to Shirato falls. We checked in and left baggage and returned later for access to room ( 3pm ). The room was very quiet, good shower and comfortable bed. There was a welcome drink in early evening. The buffet breakfast was good with a wide choice of food. The public bath area was very good, just what you need after a lot of walking. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Fuji World Hereitage is just a leisurely 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Earlier check in, but no real issue as they allow you to drop of your luggage.

The hotel is literally across the street from the train station, couldn’t be closer! Staff were very helpful in pointing out a place for lunch, map etc. The breakfast (free) was extraordinary, including every kind of dish you could think of, from scrambled eggs to salad to various meats, fish, rice, croissants and rolls, even the obligatory corn flakes!

Bathrooms are always tiny in Japan it seems, with no walk in showers available, or perhaps they’re in the more expensive hotels, in any case we haven’t discovered any. But there are always nice amenities and this hotel even had a public bath.

It was central with easy access. A few minutes from Aeon Fujinomiya Mall which made it superb! The staff was friendly, kind and spoke excellent English - that is always a huge plus! Hotel has an onsen, and a beautiful view accessible by stairs outside. A variety of dishes for breakfast, something for everyone. I’ll definitely return especially if I need an affordable hotel at the last minute, again.

Paid parking but it’s still cheaper in comparison to others. Most hotels have paid parking so it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The position was really convenient, just next to the railway and bus station, perfect if you're planning your Mount Fuji hike like we did as the bus departs at the bus station next door. The staff was very welcoming and nice, they even let us change once we returned the next day from Mount Fuji climb before leaving town, free of charge. Breakfast was abundant, with good food variety. Overall a very good hotel.
